Scallion with cooked seafood pan cake inspired by Korean pancake

Ingredients
some scallion
1/2 cup plain flour
1 tbsp potato starch
2 tsp fish sauce
3/4 cup water
some pepper
some imitation crab meat
fishcake
egg
make sure your heat is very low, once you pour in the batter.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
