Hi Alexis! I truly enjoy and am very grateful for the vital information that you share! I'm currently a Customer Service Agent with American Airlines. I have an interview in two weeks with Envoy for Flight Attendant and am going to watch as many of your videos as I can beforehand. Thank you so much for your insightful information!! Keep up the great work!!
Hi Alexis, great podcast! I know you can't advertise but as a gay man I'm very curious of the airline you mentioned that has such an awesome acceptance culture? Thank you Sir
Hi,Alexis I really appreciate advice that you provide to people wanting to find out info about Flight Attendant Life and interview tips. By the way,I just applied forDelta and I did not make it pass the Virtual interview 😟😥. I was bummed!.
I live in Atlanta Ga and looking to change professional career from a small business owner for several years. How flexible is the major airline company's flexibility on hiring middle age (55)? I truly prefer Delta.
It is a very personal decision. But first congratulations. Delta you will get more money if you get called in those trips and senior enough to hold it. 75 hrs that you need to work in order to get paid. Now that I have tasted the major airlines reserve live, not having to work those entire 75 hours is a releaf. AA they are still working on there contracts and they are cutting flights and adding more FAs I don’t know that is going to work. But good Airline too. United 100% reserve, slightly less money, union and pay protected, and availability to pickup in your days off without being exhausted. Like I said is a personal decision.
Delta really is hard to get into. Kinda hurts your spirits. I got to the virtual interview about 8 years ago but that’s how far I got and this time around didn’t even make it to the assessment 😂😂😂😂😂but I got a cjo with a regional so I’m happy again.
Base selección is based in seniority. The more senior (more people below you) the faster you can get off reserve and get a line. Junio bases sometimes allows you get a line sooner but that depends on different factors such as how fast the base is growing vs the amount of flights increased
Hey Alexis love your content, keep doing your thing ❤️. I’m hoping you can help me so, my dream is to become a flight attendant with Delta and I receive a tbnt email so I applied to be a ramp agent and received a cjo now I also applied with piedmont airlines which they just received a major pay increase and I also received a cjo reginal but still under American Airlines and I’m having trouble deciding oh and also I have a video interview coming up with United Airlines so, just a bit overwhelmed. Please help!!!! Love you and thanks in advance
I mean the decision fall into: do the pay at those CJOs will be more than what you earn now? Can you stay at your current job until you get the Delta’s CJO? If you decide for the ramp at Delta how much probability you have to transfer? You need at least a year before even apply to the FA position at Delta. I would say try to go with what will position you better financially. If you are not deseperate wait until you get a CJO with a major airlines.

I made it to the F2F and got my period that day. Did I mention my period is a b***? Yeah. I’d like to try again.
Re Base Selection, how about how "junior" the base is. meaning getting off reserve sooner.
