Excelente clase profe. Se la envié a unos amigos gringos que están aquí en Chile, y tienen algunas falencias con el Español.
Excellent lesson, teacher. I sent it to some american friends who are here in Chile, and they have some problems with Spanish.

Just want to let you know i love your videos. Back in the summer of 2022, i was watching almost every day. I was in spanish 2. Im in spanish 4 right now, and my teacher is making me fall out of love with learning the language. It's hard to admit, but i just dont like learning in that class. However, these videos bring me back to some good times. Continue making these, please!

I remember being taught dejar means stop. I have been confused when I read books and dejar is used differently. Thanks for the clarification.

Maybe it can mean stop but depends on the context.
For example, if you are playing a game and you stop playing it you are "dejando de jugar al juego" because you are leaving the game aside.

To leave something, for something to leave you in a different state, to describe where you left something, to not know where you left said thing, to leave something the same as it is, to drop something off somewhere, to ask someone to leave you alone and you can use it to leave or break up with someone it can also be used to say allow
