- Hello and welcome back to another tutorial, today we are taking a look at how to create clean animated stream alerts for your livestreams. This video is a collaboration with VarizonFX who is a beast when it comes to After Effects and Motion design, he will show you how to animate it using AE. Go check and him out and give him a follow! I spent hours creating the twitch alert from your and Edwards video, but now the file size is way to big to upload to slobs as an avi file. I do have media encoder but i need to know how to lower the file size of the animation while stil keeping the background transparent, PLEASE HELP!
@@Virhe rendering in AVI is silly, the file sizes are huge. Use .webm for alerts, it's the best.

you should show the best render settings for a transparent background with low file size

This has been in my mind for a few hours now. At 3:58 why didn't you just move the rectangle shape a little bit to the left and used the shape of circle to trim it perfectly to avoid problems in future...

The designs look cool, but what about the export process? When you guys export the files and make them transparent, will the file size be huge at that point. Like 1GB or 500MB? Adding an alpha channel will increase the file size after export. How do you guys deal with the file size issue(s)?

use quicktime is media encoder, its like an mp4 but transparent background
How can i render it with invisible background? I choose quicktime but i cant klick on rgb+ alpha

im stuck at 11:55 the track matte doesn't work. ive done everything correctly and the layer 10 doesn't disappear at all, can someone help?
you have to drag the "Shape Layer 1" on top of your Donation thingy then use alpha matte on the shape layer

How did u rendert this ? I make an ALert for a Friend with glow but the QuickTime(.mov) is to big and a Gif is making the otstanding glow white.
Use Adobe Media Encoder and convert it to WEBM. Best quality with low file size. Once you're done put in in your browser to see how it looks because webm looks fk'ed in media player.

when I use my stream alert in premiere pro it is transparent but when I use it in stream labs it shows a black background, pls anyone tell me the solution...
The animation guy talks way too fast, and as a newbie to Adobe After Effects, I have no idea what's going on and have to replay a 10 second time frame 10 times just to get the steps down. Slow down!

Just put on the transparency and Export it on Media Encoder in .mov extension

@@jackschneider1309 if you do that you won't be able to upload the .mov in streamlabs. You need a .gif. I used gifgun.
