I have a question and that is the os giken lsd for the 200mm diff does this applies to open 200mm to, and if so what is that part number of the os giken lsd you are using . This is for the 6 speed , I ask as I'm wanting my ratio and lsd sorted . Any help wld b great. I have found a os giken from rhd Japan

      Thank you glad this video is useful for you. As long as it’s an OS geikon for a 200mm Supra you are good. The car having a 200mm open isn’t a factor. I would also replace the ring gear bolts and axle seals while you are in there

    Awesome dude! Let me know how yours does. Mine still clunks around sometimes when doing medium and low speed corners. Hopefully it isn't a bolt dragging on the case 💀

      Haven’t noticed any noises in his car but mine oddly enough makes noises. (Someone else installed mine 🤷🏽‍♂️)

    I wish you documented the actual teardown and rebuild instead of just the explanation. I'm trying to tackle a MKIV Supra TT Auto Torsen diff project but for my SC300.
    Are these the part numbers?
    Oil Seal for side shafts: 90311-47008
    O-ring for side shafts: 90301-96003
    Side bearings: 90366-50033

      Is pretty straight forward and the only one I know for sure that’s right is the first part number

      Diff bolts, seals and a 200mm OS Geikon

      Damn you reply fast
      Do you think the gear ratios will affect my speedometer if I install it ?

    • @BuiltToPerfectionLLC
      @BuiltToPerfectionLLC  11 месяцев назад +1

      @@Mykoveli417 you calibrate the speedo with a part that comes in the grannas t56 kit. So it won’t matter. Also you aren’t changing the gear ratio by doing the OS Geikon. It uses the same ring gear.

      thank you for the reply .. i have one more thing to ask .. do you have any idea what best diff for low rpm ? example if im on fourth gear my rpm will be like 2100 tp 2400@@BuiltToPerfectionLLC

    • @BuiltToPerfectionLLC
      @BuiltToPerfectionLLC  Год назад

      @@devooQTR it depends on which transmission you have. For example my car has a t56 and I have 373 gear but 410 would be better.
