- When you’re looking for a quick deploying one-man operation awning that gives you 129 square feet of shelter you came to the right place. When its time to lock down base camp for serious weather, deploy the poles, secure the stakes with the supplied para-cord and put up the optional enclosure shelter and your ready to take on some the most severe storms. When its time to stow your Nomadic 270 away it takes minutes to break down and secures nicely in 1000g PVC cover.

Setup is easy. Putting it away is like a bad game of Tetris. Mine is on a 4x4 van, and you stand on a stool to reach. I can’t be in 3 positions at once to fold different sections in different ways to make the straps work. So far it’s a lot of swearing, to the point that sometimes I don’t use it because it’s too hard to put away. Any tips? Maybe a video on how to put it away easily?
I hope I get a reply on this older video. I have a Sierra 2500 AT4 with the yakima overhaul hd and hd crossbars. Will the mounting brackets work with my system or will I need a different mount?
