fake news. in NY you can't eat out under $30 bucks in a decent restaurant not including the tip. In BGC $10 bucks per meal in a nice resto will do. I'm a resident of both

If you intent to live here,i suggest to buy the smalllest cheap brand new house and lot.. if you plan to rent, choose just a bachelors flat arount 100 us dollar /month and you'll be alright...if you need a job, apply in a call center..

I have personally sent more than 100 boxes to PI using LBC. Not one of them has ever been stolen or opened.
