- In this one we are all over the place, starting with some stealthy sluicing out in the motherland gold country of California and then heading out for a quick try at mudlarking the banks of the Sacramento River, which ends up rendering up some relics and even a rockhounding score ! then we head hours to the west to the Major's Farm to check out my mom's new turtle friend and her " Death Lilys " Hope you enjoy ! and thanks for watching !

Enjoyed this latest adventure Nate. Being someone that is a 3rd generation gold miner, I really liked the beginning portion of your escapade's sluice in the river. And later, what a wonderful piece of Pet-wood. I got a smile on my face when I saw the turtle, they're so cool. Glad to see your Mom still frolicking in the garden. "Quest On"!

That was a cool little video! Gold sluicing! Well after all, you do live in California! And then mudlarking the bank and you found treasure! That coin was awesome! And that piece of pet wood was a trip maker for sure! Just WOW❣️ It is so colorful and the mineral replacement was a gorgeous array of minerals that made the piece go from a purple to brown to orangey red! And lack and a touch of yellow in there too! Gorgeous! That's all I can say! And although there maybe more agate inside, I couldn't bring myself to cut it! It's just too perfect of a specimen! If you cut it, it would have to be maybe just one end, so it can stand up on its own, as a display! Because it deserves to be displayed. Its just gorgeous! How amazing of a day that was! Thanks Nate for that adventure! It was wonderful
Awe love turtles he looks like a box turtle I used to have a box turtle named George I had him 11yrs he went to pet store that had a 100yr old one there. Lily is amazing beautiful color.

Nice finds! A very productive 20 minute stop. Love the coin and the petrified wood. The ticks are extra bad this year for some reason. I've gotten too many bites to count already. Your mom's garden looks absolutely fantastic from what you've shown. Have you done a video already on what the whole garden looks like? That turtle is a happy camper and living its best life from here on out.
