Thank you for this tutorial, I'm trying to fix my Corsa Utility 1.6 bakkie. The mechanics said they will replace it for R800 South Africa Rands, The total including the cable and the workmanship is around R2400.
Do think you could remove the entire engine and gearbox from the bottom provided you lift the vehicle high enough to pull the engine and gearbox from underneath
@@roybuckle7576 it is possible I did it on my car as I was working alone it just made more sense for me and most probably took the same time. As I didn't have a trolley jack

I like the way you work
@@PaulCalitz thank you. I try.
Nice video, do you have any idea why my clutch is hard not soft?
You might have a faulty pivit ball. Or worn clutch cable. If it is hydraulic clutch you might be leaking fluid.
Should have placed a jack underneath the gearbox before lowering it mmmm...
Thank you for this tutorial.Can you tell me how do i remove the linkages part?
Pull the pin on the selector fork. there is just the one pin from the gear linkages where it connects on the selector fork. Should come out easely.
@CriPtZoNe ok thank you
