unfortunately, Florence and especially the city centre has been totally renovated in order to satisfy the tourists more, and in my opinion this has taken back some of its original beauty. still the most gorgeous city in the world, so so happy to have lived there, but tbh capitalism and that kind of mentality ruined it.
