Hello Sir, Can you please tell me how the rod performs when you cast 15gram? Thank you in advance.

a 10 foot rod well under 6 oz... just wow! But does the rod have enough power/regidity to flip a spanish makerel or flounder?

Just to get an idea when I catch small Kroger's on this Rod the rod bends just enough to make a others on the beach look. Have used the 9-foot for which is a smaller and have landed my biggest redfish eight and a half pounds. These major craft rods are more than capable of Landing really big fish. You have to set the drag right of course.
The way this one is built this to catch just about everything from a croaker up to a king mackerel. You won't be disappointed if you're thinking about investing in something like this. I have several rods this is my go-to 40 gm to 50gm .
For me it was love at first flight! The distance I can cast to lures make me realize but I have a a superior advantage over everybody else on the beach.
At the same time you'll enjoy the flight and the bend how this Rod performs. I can't say enough about this Neil 5G Rod you have to try it for yourself it's well worth the price and it will put a smile on your face every time you go out on the beach

@@mostafa4fish I got this rod now and I am throwing some plugs, it’s very interesting because this rod handles all weights very differently and I am still getting used to it. I flipped a giant speckled trout from the jetty and the rod didn’t even lock up - It’s stupid strong. I reduced from PE #2 to #0.8 after my first trip, just perfect for the surf.
