I have many Barbie's but you have some I've never seen, I had to go rewind and take pics of them, so I can try and find them. lol. You are right when you said, "collecting should be fun." Many people don't understand doll collecting and that's ok, but I love it. I don't allow others to take away the fun, happiness and joy I feel with my dolls. I'm so inspired by your collection.

I used to be a boy who casually collects&plays with dolls and got picked on by everyone I know because of the reason that my I'm "not manly enough", and even my parents thought I'm not "Right". But just watching your video really makes me feel like I achieved what I've hoped for my entire life, and I can't ever imagine how much time and effort you'd spent :D Thanks for sharing your collection, and also making my dream come true

This is AMAZING! My mother who passed away when I was 14 started collecting Barbies when I was 4, so in 10 years she accumulated over 150 dolls. Now I have them and would love to figure out how to display them for my little girl. My mother would have cried to see your beautiful room. Thank you for sharing

I've been collecting limited edition/collectible Barbies ever since I was 6! I don't have a huge collection like you, as I am quite specific when it comes to what I love, but still it amazes me to see other people's beautiful, extensive collections. My wish is to have a boyfriend who collects dolls so we could go to conventions together haha
Doesn't the value go down by taking them all out of the boxes? My only Barbies are the Beverly Hills 90210 line from 1992 and the Cyndi Lauper Ladies of the '80's doll. But I've never removed any from their boxes. I thought that was a big part of it?

Hello - Stanislav: Remember the difference between DOW and Princesses of the World? Did you notice the variation in hairstyle of the Bill Blass? Maybe first and second edition runs. Anyway, male collectors did not mind that their BB had her dress on backwards. My Model of the Moment Nichelle developed slightly pink shoe syndrome even in closed box. You have quite enough Silkstones. My pyjama Moon is so lovely I can hardly bear to take her out to redress. I like that you posed Four in that action `fall', since he was very energetic and active in Allegiant and Insurgent. Please tell us that you keep light out inbetween by means of curtains or blinds. You know how they can fade. Wonderful collection and so well displayed by theme on the glass. - DrD
