It doesn't matter if the Jubilee is going to the same ports. I wouldn't refer to the ports as raggedy. They are giving a whole new area of the country the chance to sail on a brand new, huge, cruise ship! And the ship itself is a destination. Galveston has lots of great things to do and see before or after a cruise. Many people will be able to drive to the port. And Houston has 2 airports. Galveston is very accessible. Carnival may actually be going after the 1st Time Cruiser Market more than the Repeat Market. Also, the ports of call do have enough activities for several cruises before someone exhausts them all.
I will be on it in February!! I can't wait.. im there for the experience even though some say the ports are raggedy! He'll it a vacation. and I'm looking forward to it.. I love carnival. thos who disagree don't have to pay their money! Try another line!
@SistersScott I loooooved it!! There were a few minor hiccups of course, but it didn't make the cruise horrible. The first 2 days, the internet kept going down and they kept dropping the ball after making certain requests (sharps container and fan in room, refund on shuttle service due to bus breaking down). Boarding could've been more organized. Other than that, I enjoyed the ship, the cruise director Kyndall Fire and the DJ were the BEST! I'd cruise that ship again for sure.
I booked Jubilee today! I can’t wait!
I agree, the vessel itself is a destination. My family already booked can't wait until April 6❤🎉😊
