  • Thank you for watching ATW Travels and come aboard with us as we do a little tour of the cabin 5440, a cove balcony cabin located on Deck 5 on the beautiful Carnival Jubilee.
    This was during the February 10th sailing out of Galveston.
    The cabins are really bright and the beds are super comfortable. Having a cove balcony allows you to really be close to the water, and be able to hear the water! It is very relaxing to be out on the balcony and just listen to the ocean and watch the sunrise or sunset.

    Thanks for going into so much detail! We'll be just down the hall from this cabin in December.

    Great tour of the room! I love the upgrades they have (nightlight, usb ports, shower door, extra hangers and drawers, etc), so even though it's a bit smaller than other rooms, the upgrades make it worth it in my opinion 😊

      Thank you for your comment! Yes the rooms are very nicely done with the decor. A little bit smaller, but honestly not bad overall.

    Is the balcony open all night long?

      Yes it is, it's your private balcony open day and night for you to use. The only time it was closed was when we were getting on in Galveston, and when we arrived back. This was because they refuel the ship during those times and they close the door during those times. Thanks

    Does your CPAP machine use distilled water? Does the ship have distilled water available because I use an APAP machine also?

      @pher5925 We usually order a gallon of distilled water by calling the Carnival fun shops directly and letting them know. They will have it ready in your room when you embark. It's about $5 I believe, but it's a lot more convenient than bringing your own and having to carry it with you. Thank you for watching our channel.

      @@atwtravels3309 thank you for the information! Loved your video, btw, very informative! We’ll be sailing the Jubilee in June and in a cove balcony room also. Looking forward to it!

      @pher5925 you are welcome! thank you for your comment. Forgot to mention that you will need an extension cord to connect power to, from the mirror to the bed. There are no plugs near the bed, only a USB port by the light. Enjoy your trip and the cove balcony, it's great!

    How do you reserve a cove balcony ?

    • @atwtravels3309
      @atwtravels3309  3 месяца назад

      @Its_MarioBitch When you are making reservations on the Carnival website, you can find different balcony categories to chose from. If the cove balconies are not sold out for your particular sailing, you can select it, but if it is sold out, it will not show up. They're great rooms if you can get them! Thanks!
