This is another chatty video where I'm talking about the trends I'm personally skipping this season (at least) and the reasons behind it.
I feel like sometimes we all need this little deinfluencing exercise - to stop, think for a bit and get a better understanding if another hot and trendy item will actually work our personal style, or we've just seen it too often on internet :)

Yes!!! I feel the same on ballet flats. They do not suit me one bit. Also agree that jorts are still so cute and capri-adjacent with more footwear options.

The first is very tacky. Nobody should follow this. It like you forget to change back half after yoga class, but forgot the pants.
With the flat shoes, there is a lot of dangerous models shown in your video, but I can reward a decent set of mocassins (loafers in English, not english mocassins). They have a bit more sole, yet they offer the open shoe feel without falling off your feet like clogs do, not show the worst part of your feet like kittenheels do: the sole of the heel.
I think you should try yellow. It will match your hair very well. Maybe just as pants. Then a black or navy tank or somthing can be in between the facial skin tone and the pants.

Yeah, butter-yellow pants definitely may work, especially gingham if to think about it))
