I agree with everything you said about making a career of face painting, taking care of your child, and the joy it brings to children. It like no other feeling. I thank you for all you tips in this video. I have been face painting for half as long as you but I look forward to another 9+ years. I know I want to transition to a more permanent placement with a park, business or establishment because all the driving wears on you and your vehicle. I will be taking your advice on email some people in my local area. I have had some steady corporate clients like McDonalds but it fizzled out eventually. But again thank you for sharing. I love your work and your stencils because I have some awesome ones I bought from you Etsy shop.
Thanks so much for your comment and support. I hope nothing but greatness in your face painting business!
You're amazing! 👏 ✨️ Love you! You always always share awesome advice and painting tips! Empowering every artist to succeed! 🎨 ❤️
I appreciate your knowledge and I get inspiration from you Ladie❤ !
You are so welcome, I appreciate that!
Very helpful. Thanks so much, hermosa! I appreciate you 😊
Thanks so much🙏
If there are 1,000 (one thousand) people at an event and you paint 10% of them, that’s 100 people. At just $5 each, that’s $500. That’s pretty good!
Thanks for sharing !!
Unfortunately I can’t face-paint at the parks here if I’m charging or collecting donations. I’ve contacted two ... one wants me to apply for vendor events (>$100+). So now I’m thinking I should try them out until I’m booking more school events. I’m unsure where this will take me ... hopefully I’ll be somewhere stable & lucrative soon. This is my 4th week in the game 😅
Market days here in my city are $25 to enter. I’m hoping they are beneficial for networking even if I don’t make a lot of money.
It sounds like you’re doing everything you can. Hopefully your area picks up soon. Happy painting!
Can you put the Amazon link of the materials
I pretty much have a very small setup I sit at the local park up the street.. I usually make 35 to 50 dollars an hour..
That’s excellent!
How much do you pay the park to work there every weekend?
Hi there, I’d recommend not spending over $100 for a booth if they can’t guarantee 10k in attendance.
@@artbylily O.k. great. Thank you!
