Everyone has their own timing in life. I know people that they were super successful in their 20s and in their 30s ended up completely burned out and vice versa. So. no regrets. Life is not supposed to be a straight line. Nice videos btw :) Keep them coming

In your 20's its more important to enjoy your life, gain experience and to travel (if you can) Choosing a career based on happiness rather than income I would never regret about money, investments etc Money cant buy happiness or knowledge gained through education Enjoy life today, as tomorrow is not a guarantee

I think it is a common experience to realise that you missed out a lot of opportunities in your teens and 20s. The problem is that it is part of growing up to want to find your own way and not to listen to the life lessons of others (their lives are always different your - right?). However, as you say, it is maybe necessary to go through this to learn it for yourself.

Especially your parents and grandparents. I don't know why but none of us are willing to learn anything from them but most time, they're mostly quite right 😅

@@PoppyDontree Poppy - I am a bit older than you and so I can tell you that when you try to talk to your children and avoid them making the same mistakes as you then: 1) It is too embarrassing for them to talk to a parent about such things 2) When you were their age dinosaurs roamed the Earth so nothing you did can be of relevance to them.

Thank you sharing ! I completely agree and relate with what you mentioned. Although I don’t *entirely* regret everything about my 20s I do feel there are many lessons to apply in my 30s. Excited for your growth in the 3rd level of life ! Cheers to you!

I'm on my last leg in my 20s currently 28. I've learned a lot these past 8 years as a person. I'm grateful. However, I have lost opportunities and didn't utilise my self in a more motivated structured way. God is great hoping for 30s and beyond to be great.

Hmm, I'm a finance gradate myself however I have found opportunities hard to come back in the career of finance which is very broad. Having been in multiple sectors in my career path, I realized no doubt the income could be low due to the number of career hopping years but I enjoyed the knowledge i gained in my previous jobs till a point I felt I could no longer contribute. Perhaps one decent thing I did was to save up and invest early cause by investing early, one can managed the emotions of trading with your own money earlier and learn to ignore white noise if you are confident with your own trading strategy.

You didn't do too badly Poppy... life is very much a WIP...
Ideally focusing on your career path until you reach 30, doesn't mean you can play catch up on your love life in the rest of your life, and that is the same vice versa. So there is no real world ideal. Just imagine all the money and good standard of life... except you are lonely, perhaps cold and very selfish, no children (although not for everyone) etc.
There will be opportunities that arise sometimes through help of a partner or their family (and vice versa); likewise you could be focusing on your career and manage to meet someone where it gets works out...
It is all about life experience and developing from your experiences. There isn't any right or wrong way, last minute opportunities can always spring up too. There is absolutely nothing wrong about wanting to be noble and a good person. I could have been a millionaire if I wanted to run scams or sell drugs, instead I have chosen the difficult way in life, but I have no regrets. There are so many things I could have done better...

Your biggest regret should be: ‘not having lunch with me, at the Victor’ in Philly! Now you’ll have to wait for a worm hole!!! Lol

@@PoppyDontree What you mean that thing about going back in time and killing your own grandfather? (I actually got my own theory about that) Mind you, I don’t want you going near a worm hole..You’d go back and kill mine! So you wouldn’t have to put up with me!! LMAO
