that's one of the problem... why prolong forgiveness, when you really love "him" you will forgive him anyway... it's not like a prolong forgiveness will do any good.. theres no perfect relationship just hiccup a long the way :)

It isn't the cheating that would make me angry and unable to forgive, it's the lying about it and not properly apologizing for it that would hurt the most. But even then sometimes you can't get past it no matter how much you love them. You need more than just love in a relationship, you need honesty, trust, and respect as well, gaining those back after they've been lost is much harder than just about anything else. Sometimes once the damage has been done you just can't get past it and that doesn't mean you don't still love them but you can't stay and be miserable the rest of your life worrying that they'll be unfaithful and have them resent you for always suspecting them. The reason I said for me that it "still probably wouldn't be enough" is because he initially lied about it rather than just admit his wrongdoing.

I actually watched the whole movie. Everyone is saying that the guy is trashy and everything. But if you really watched the whole movie you would say that the movie is actually great. It portrays reality. It shows what most couples really are going through in life. If you are in the stage of your life where you really wanted to get married. The first parts are the depiction of it. But then the bad times comes in. We all know that marriage is not like the fairy tales wherein it should always be a happy one or a happily ever after. In the last parts of the movie, it would show the transition of the couple, realisation kicks in, moments in life shows you why you are there in the first place. People commits mistakes and the good thing is that they try there best to cope with it. The movie is not all about the cheating, the movie shows and tells how we should reflect in our lives. I am not yet married but i will be in that stage soon. And as the movie shows how one should be mindful of others sufferings. How communication really builds a relationship and how understandings help you cope up with the mistakes and bad decisions we had. As my grandparents told me before, the key to a happy and long lasting relationship is that we give and take, talk things out. If you cant handle it anymore reflect and think about the reason why you are with someone in the first place. Don’t ever put grudge to someone cause you can never truly be happy if you always lie to yourself and your feelings. Be honest and always remember, loving is hard but love is what makes us go through our lives everyday.

You know it’s not a true story when the woman trusts the man after he cheats. That will never happen bc no matter how badly you want to forgive and forget, it’s still always there in the back of your mind. Every time he goes somewhere without you, you will always suspect him after he does it once. And it will ultimately end that relationship.
What I loved about this is it's not too romantically elaborate and over dramatic. Just realistic, sometimes you don't need a lenghty dialog. Sometimes you just need a short sincere apology followed by a moment of comfortable silence. If it wasn't a healthy relationship they both would have dragged the problem over and they over until they are exhausted but they chose to forgive instead. But I don't know. I haven't seen the whole movie. 😂

The husband was so annoying to watch because he didnt admit that he did wrong or apologize. He kept only being selfish to his own needs. 😡 I get that Shin Min A thought about her ex and saw him but she only verified that her feelings for her husband deepened and clarified that he was the one for her when she spoke to her friend....maybe some people will not agree with this statement.... Personally I would be angry to keep seeing the slutty friend showing up and making gestures toward the husband. I would definitely be angry if I were her and question my husband or definitely say he should agree to no longer see her if he wants to continue our marriage. I know y’all are saying that the husband almost having an affair is bad, and don’t get me wrong, I don’t condone affairs, but for the purpose of this movie, I think that it was not that bad. There really no nice way of saying this. Yes, it was horrible that he was drooling over other girls and literally went to have an affair. But you also may have forgotten that Miyoung herself went out to seek her first love, Sunghee and tried to re establish the connection they had before. Yea it’s not as bad as what Youngmin did and I still don’t like how he still tried to have an affair but the two/three episodes surrounding the issue was very cleverly crafted. Miyoung tried to go after other people because his wife had started refusing to do it. You can see he regrets the idea when introduced by his friends, but he still goes ahead with it. When he starts stripping, he does it in the way he usually does with Miyoung, viciously, and the ‘bro’ is startled. At this point, he starts to regret and you can see he really cares about Miyoung because she is the one person who he really loves even when he does it with someone else. He can’t engage in something like that if he wasn’t his true self and you can tell he only enjoys it when someone else is open about it with him. Like that technique where his friend thinks of his wife as a hot model, similarly he used that technique and tried to get it with someone else as replacement for his wife. (DONT GET ME WRONG, it’s disgusting and I would kill anyone who did that to me). At the end of the episode, he starts to see that truly no one can replace his one true love and he really was stupid for even attempting to do so. Similarly for the girl although it’s not shown as clearly. She realised that all this while, she thought the person she thought she loved did the sweetest things for her but she remembers and immediately regrets. The two episodes are a tool to get them to reevaluate why they love each other and if anyone could replace them (obviously not). I get it if you don’t like it but it’s a bit of a literature analysis for y’all! ~ lit student!

At this point, he starts to regret and you can see he really cares about Miyoung because she is the one person who he really loves even when he does it with someone else. He can’t engage in something like that if he wasn’t his true self and you can tell he only enjoys it when someone else is open about it with him. Like that technique where his friend thinks of his wife as a hot model, similarly he used that technique and tried to get it with someone else as replacement for his wife. (DONT GET ME WRONG, it’s disgusting and I would kill anyone who did that to me). At the end of the episode, he starts to see that truly no one can replace his one true love and he really was stupid for even attempting to do so.
Similarly for the girl although it’s not shown as clearly. She realised that all this while, she thought the person she thought she loved did the sweetest things for her but she remembers and immediately regrets. The two episodes are a tool to get them to reevaluate why they love each other and if anyone could replace them (obviously not).
I get it if you don’t like it but it’s a bit of a literature analysis for y’all!

Okay im coming for the guy's character defense now. Not by much because yes all are correct. He is an asshole by a mile lol. He lacks a lot emotionally and mentally even spiritually as well and some physically i might say but the girl can put up with all that its the emotional side of things that gets tired and limited. You bringing up the past makes your relationship worst. Also, like in this drama, a lack of communication. You know, I like they got back together. Because it actually tells you how committed these two were in their marriage. They don't need people to fill their hearts. People need to learn that. I've seen broken marriages, but a lot of them turned out okay in the end. They died old together, and so on. Leave it alone. And don't worry he pissed me off too, but you know what?
