Mate 10 pro is one gorgeous phone man. Got one of those and this phone is a beast. And the battery is one and only best flagship battery
I also have this phone I've actually had iPhone from day dot and decided to make the change this year best decision ever the pro is hands down better my battery can last for nearly 2 days and the charge is only 20 minutes for a full battery it's easier to use and the camera totally trumps the iPhone when used right also a much cheaper phone and a bigger screen to add

yeah, exactly, he said that the iphone had a more reliable shooter but the huawei mate 10 pro had so much more detail both in low light and regular pictures, the iphone outdoor pictures were even almost impossible to even see the sky itself because it was overexposed :S

Nearly the same performance for much less money and the Mate Pro looks so much better without that ugly notch and has a bigger screen. The manual camera options are way better on the Mate and the iPhone cannot match the Mate 10 pro battery life. The X is a good phone but I wouldn't pay the Xtra money for it. You don't even get a fast charger in the package. That's pretty annoying
I like Huawei a lot, but the Kirin 970 is quite a let down. The 960 was miles ahead of everything when it dropped in 2016 and still toe to toe with the rest. The 970 doesn't seem any faster though really. I mean it still beats the iPhone aside from a game or two. But that's basically every phone. iPhone is a benchmark champ, not much else.
The CPU in the Kirin 960 and 970 are the same the only changed the GPU in the Kirin 970 ^^

Im watching on a Mate 10 pro in 2019 and so satisfyed!! The only thing i like more on the iphone is the full screen front, exept the notch tho, it doesnt bother me much.. Everything Else Mate 10 nails! 💪 I love it!

I'm honestly more impressed with the Mate 10 pro since majority of Android phones don't perform as faster and better when the battery is going in the 20's and such.

Mate 10 Pro image looks more pleasing to me but the fact is iPhone X capture more detail in the dark and probably more accurate.

Yeah, I felt like once we saw the images full screen the Mate 10 Pro looked like it took a better quality picture. Perhaps the iPhone looks nicer on screen?
It's all a matter of app optimization for either iOS or Android. They basically work on different principles, and the best weapon of the iPhones was always the iOS. Well optimized, using less technical resources like the Android phones. To a certain extent you cannot really compare the two phones since are different types and work quite differently. I hate the bandwagon people and barge over the Apple phones with all utter shit ignoring their tricks and performances. The only problem is the price tag, only downside for the Apple device.

Next year iPhone will be laggy after the next year update. I think the secret of optimization regarding games is in the battery. After the new update you should change the small battery of iPhone because it was highly consumed.

What the hell are you talking about 😂? The Mate 10 will be laggy even if it doesn’t get an update, while the iPhone retains it’s speed. My iPhone 6s is still really fast, even two years on with iOS 11. And the performance throttling hardly makes a difference, as it only occurs for brief periods and then stops.
immortalHD 7 exactly, the whole update thing doesn’t mean our phones immediately slow down, it’s when battery’s wear too much and after 2 years of use with my 6s it’s still normal
2 years. The 6s IS JUST NOW seeing issues, it hit its 2 year mark, the 7 wont see it till ios 12, and the X till ios 13, sooo... plus the mate till will have those issues apples flagships have in a year or two, and from personal experience andrioid lags after about 3 months with lower battery charge and just general lag

Well fought duel, i think Huawei Mate 10 is lightly better than IPhone X. Same goes for Samsung Note 8 but i think Apple will power up to surpass Android's latest two monsters. In the other side, P10 and Galaxy S8 are far better than IPhone 8, so they need an IPhone 8s to come at least close to P10 and S8

Both phones finally sporting #AMOLED screens (the first of their flagships, while Samsung has been doing SAMOLED for years cause you know, they make screens - but I can't stand Samsung's constant microlags, even on the S8, and LG surprisingly been lacking in that department too, despite making TV screens), but sacrifice the 3.5mm earphone jack and the Mate 10 Pro is 74mm wide, not what I like < 70mm width. P10 is the perfect compromise, but fallbacks to a IPS-LCD screen heh. (Brighter backlight and less energy efficient than #OLED displays, although the screen resolution also plays a part in energy consumption, higher the res, e.g. 1440p is going to take waay more CPU/GPU/RAM cycles to power than 1080p or lower. However backlight is probably the biggest killer of battery when it comes to just the screen - camera would be a big battery killer too, and then low reception LTE/3G/2G (2G now deprecated in AU) signals, as opposed to having each pixel only light up if it needs to, i.e. If it's not a black pixel at the micro-second time on screen).

Take games out and the Mate 10 crushes it easy. Obviously apple bias. Who has 90% apps as games? On non-gamong apps the Mate 10 crushes it.
I'm pretty unimpressed with the Kirin 970. The 960 was far ahead of the top Qualcomms (which was the 821 in late 2016) and it went toe to toe still vs the 835 all through 2017. The 970 puts up almost identical #s as the 960 and doesn't really seem to be any faster. Possibly almost slower...? Too much emphasis on 'Ai' gimmicks I guess. I mean it's still faster than an iPhone aside from a few games, but almost everything is. Not too impressed by the 960-970 jump. I expected a lot more. The 845 looks like it will leave it in the dust.
I agree with that, though hopefully Huawei may put better use to the dedicated npu that could give the chipset better performance overall
The MAte 10 (not pro) is even cheaper, and actually better than the 10 Pro! same cameras, earphone jack, better looking, etc! Which means it's better than the iphone for almost half the price!
I totally agree. Got myself a Mate 10 yesterday comes with an additional 360 Panoramic VR camera. I did the comparison to the Iphone X. Great value for money. I used to be a loyal iphone user from iphone2g - 6s. Did my market research. Elated to jump ship! Mate 10 is it!

I think you had to charge both phones 1st. Look at the huawei battery life vs iphone. Maybe is not a big deal, but mate could slow down the performance in order to save some battery life.

I am bying a phone (low on budget) i am thinking about xiaomi Mi mix 2 or Mate 10 idk which is better (both haven't got headphone jack but they are both good) and plus they ar elow in budget and idc about the headphonejack cuz' i don't need it, headphones damage your hearing,instead i can have a very good speaker they both have strong speakers i think
The difference in speed timing is almost negligible and the animation difference might have a lot to do with it imho

For ex they all say "2x faster than the previous one " But the thing is they don't compare it in rendering. Because to me rendering is the real prove when it comes to performance . For ex let's just say iphone 8 finishes rendering of a 6 min of video work in 10 min. And Iphone X only does that same job in 9:50 min. So where's the "2x faster " thing huh ?

Speed test never work because of different factors such as each phone is running back ground apps and different ones at that. The true results would be done with a clean phone with no apps.,

The only reason, the games launched faster on the X is because of optimization problem. You see, when we are talking about apple and iOS, there aren't a lot of phones to optimize for, but then talkin for Android, there are tens and thousands of mobile phones, it eventually becomes harder for small game publishers to optimize it for all the phones running on android. That is why there is the lag.

I got a 30 percent discount & a free watch when I bought the mate 10 pro & the phone looks nice & build quality is good but the camera is terrible the a.i shit is a joke , screen has touch issues , performance is only sd821 level or Kirin 960 no were mere a pixel 2 e.t.c .really a bit disappointed with the mate 10 pro (c432)

DEV I thought that myself. The screens look like the sheet of stock iPod icons used to come in the plastic box. The blacks are so . . . . black on these new oled and amoled screens. Beautiful really. It's the future alright and the best thing is, in 3 or 4 years these screens will be on phones costing way less.

Huawei’s not banned from the US and you can’t necessarily say that Huawei is better than iPhone yet. The rest of what you said is mostly right.
@@orangeboss896 actually yes Huawei mate 10 pro was supposed to be with At&t but the USA GOV blocked that deal from happening and all retail stores who were selling them no longer are.
Only place you can buy this phone new is Amazon, eBay or straight from China.
