If you watched the video, the point being Tom Telesco historically drafts well below average in rounds 2-7. The only reason he has/ had a job is for some of his big first name selections. The point of the video is to show that his first round picks are “flukey” at best. I didn’t even go over his first round busts like Kenneth Murray who he traded up for

Yeah I think if someone is bad at their job (especially when they make millions) it should be called out. Half of my family are Raiders fans, just call it a PSA to not get their hopes up ! 😂
