Because composing songs costs even more money, and sometimes they have to hire another person to sing them, and because TV movies don't have the same revenue (hope I spelled that right) as a cinema movie.
I miss the original Boomerang. I hate new Boomerang bc they don't play the good old shoas and they don't show the old, like, commercials. Like the clips from the old cartoons!
