초코 저렇게 녹이면 습기차서 굳어요
(알갱이 지거나 식감 안좋아지죠)
초코 녹일때 작은 볼 위에 큰 볼 얹거나
물 끓이면서 녹이는게 아니라 불 끄고 녹여요
(스텐/실리콘으로 된 냄비 받침대 깔고 볼 얹어서 녹이면 안움직이고 좋아요)
옛날에 초코녹이는데 습기차고 물 들어가서 망친적 많이 있어요😆
