Thanks for your message. The brown paper is usually called shipping paper or craft paper. Then, the tape is packing tape (really any strong tape that can secure the package will work). You may also be able to find these products online (Amazon). Please let us know if you need more assistance.
@Bleudejade, great question. Moths won't eat through paper or plastic. Once a rug is wrapped for storage a moth can't get in as long as it is wrapped and secured thoroughly. The important thing before wrapping up a rug for storage is to do everything to ensure there are no moths, eggs or larvae in the rug (thorough vacuuming of the front and back, & professional cleaning / submerged cleaning can help with this). If a moth has laid eggs in a rug and then the rug is wrapped for storage those eggs will hatch and begin to eat the wool.

How do you avoid moths making holes in the paper to reach the rug?
