Thank you very very much for this analysis 🥰 It was great to finally see someone who noticed my wierd chromatic section 😁 I'll be looking forward to some more video and reactions ❤
I've longed soooo for a serious analysis of this piece, ever since the premiere. I was totally stunned then and that awe is certainly not over yet Thanks as always for your work in analysing this. Tomi does go down low, as I told him then, UNDER the basement. From his response, I think I made him laugh, as he kindly replied 'Bassment' 😄 And the lovely visuals as well.
He actually went up to an E6 here so his total range in this song was: A0 - E6. The A0 wasn't actually subharmonics though; it was inhale

This is officially one of my favorite reaction channels. I get so much value watching you geek out and disect stuff, Tomi Ps style with arrangements are freshing and exciting to hear. I recently got into releasing bassy stuff and it'll be so cool to have someone disect my piece like that.
Love seeing Tomi P reactions, one of my favorite bass singers! Man has such a range and I love the eerie tone to this song. I think that last note was an A0 Inhale? Not sure. Have you checked out the "Hoist the Colours | The Bass Singers of TikTok" put together by Bobby? Would love to see a reaction, it's insane!
Great reaction and analysis. Very much enjoyed it. Glad you have now experienced Tomi as a solo artist. His album is exceptional as is his vocal range and creativity. Looking forward to more reactions to Tomi in the future.
Tomi is very fond of complicated harmonies and chords. Did you catch the WHISTLE NOTES (E6!!!😱) over that run you mentioned? And yes, Tomi’s runs are just so clean and lovely. I’m so glad you decided to check this out!! I’m hoping there are more videos to come for at least some of the other songs on the album (there are some really great ones). Love this reaction, Jen! Please please PLEASE react to Tomi’s Overwhelmed! It’s amazing, and it deserves a LOT more attention than it’s gotten so far.
Listen to Tomi’s cover of “Hellfire.” His 6+ octave range is displayed there. There’s a fan who keeps track of these things: F0 - F6. Tomi only covers 5 octaves in his cover of “My Mother Told Me,” but he appears shirtless - so I completely melt. Can you tell that he’s my favorite a cappella deep bass singer? He’s also an excellent & creative arranger.
Jennifer! A "lullabye"! Will you be going to sleep to this one tonight? 😁 Yeah there were some really ... funky chords in this one. Overall very dark no doubt. Loved your nervous laugh there in the middle. Low notes ... well of course it's gonna happen! You're working so hard on them! You're going to collab with Home Free on a song and when a really low note needs to be sung you're gonna be like "Geoff, I got this one". 😄 Great reaction/analysis as always Jennifer! 😊
When the beautiful high melody line came in my first thought was "oh, nice, a flute-line in the bac-... ..wait, that is no flute.." :D And that last note... Great reaction and analysis as always, Jen! Have a nice day! And since I have not brought it up for some time, how about checking out Ayreon - The Day That The World Breaks Down ruclips.net/video/oFuMKdrzPqU/видео.html ?
You are simply a great Reactor Jennifer. Love it! Just a reminder…. Amira singing ‘’ Flower Duet with Corlea Botha ‘’ when Amira was 13. You will absolutely love this one. Cheers Graeme
I am sure he can hit that A0 subharmonic to but he did a crazy inhale on it, I have been working on my inhale but it is my weakest bass register, it is super tough to get down
Home Free did a cover of a very famous Patsy Cline classic, 'Crazy'. Austin takes the lead, and sings it in the same key As Patsy. I think you'll enjoy it.
Interesting title this - and definitely a unique presentation. On a somewhat different note - but along the 'woe' vein, I cannot find that you've ever reacted to any of the late Karen Carpenter's great vocals. If you haven't, you could start here: ruclips.net/video/f1YntJx0A4I/видео.html This was her last recording before her untimely death - from effects of anorexia - at the age of 32. This song, "Now", is my personal favorite of the many, many wonderful vocals she & brother Richard put out. I'd love to see what you think of her dulcet tones.

@ebucs dude I’ve learnt subharmonics after watching you on TikTok
I'm surprised that you didn't say anything about the cinematic boom that happened twice. Overall loved your reaction can't wait to see more.

Pretty sure I would have never heard this if not for you posting it. And I thought it was cool and very interesting so thank you. I enjoyed it.
Amazing and honest reaction as always, and its a warning for monsters about witches and what they do
Oooh eerie! Aha thank you 😁
The last note he hits sounds like ingressive phonetics where he is creating a tone, in the same way you would gasp, breathing in rather than out
He hit an A0 inhale at the end
jen ur reaction is visceral...its a natural reaction to both sight +sound....tomi wd make a great wraith +im not talkin abt casper th friendly ghost
Hi Jennifer hope you are having an great and awesome day ❤️
I am sure he can hit that A0 subharmonic to but he did a crazy inhale on it, I have been working on my inhale but it is my weakest bass register, it is super tough to get down
