Don Johnson was very good in this series and he doesn't over act.
Cool scene! 🌴🌕
Miami Vice was one of the top five television shows ever made
The "roar "of " Crockett' s" pistol is amazing !!!! Great acoustic effect !!!!
14 shots out of an 8 shot S&W 645...🙄
Proof that a French Gazelle will turn into a Hughes Cayuse when shot down with a flare gun...
CROCKETT shoots down a helicopter, again.
Flare guns in the 80s were packing Heat back then I guess.
In the 80s every gun is equal to bazooka
That’s what I’m talking about. That’s why no homework got done on Tuesday nights in 1984. Fucking solid. DJ was the Don Corleone.
🤣👍
Miami Vice was on Friday nights, never on Tuesdays.
@@JimmyHoffa1975 In the UK it was actually Monday nights for most of the run.
The chopper changes model before it explodes 😂
Fires 14 rounds out of a 8+1 S&W 645/4506.
With a gun that shoots 14 rounds when in reality it can only hold 8, a nautical flare gun that can fire a flare with the power of a bazooka, a helicopter that changes models when explode and no aftermath wreckage of a copter explosion after the commercial break as Crockett prepares to sail away, this is why Miami Vice is one of the greatest comedy TV shows of the 80’s.
great hair
A Smith & Wesson 645 has only 8 bullets. Crockett fired 14 shots. How do I know? I own one.
Woohooo, man I wish Crockett was guarding me!
Care full wa Cha wish 4
Aside from shooting the copter down, this is maybe my favorite season 5 episode. I can’t remember many of them because most I haven’t seen since they originally aired but this one always stood out. Reminded me of the earlier episodes I think.
Brilliant episode 👍🌴🌴😎
Tim Truman's score is perfect
Season 4 only had 3 good Free Fall Leap of Faith and this one Line of Fire.
Lol that's the 2nd chopper he shot down 🤣😂😁
Sonny was a better shot!
Let’s not forget the seaplane in the finale 😎
@@retro-dademusic6403 he had help shooting down the seaplane.
@@studinthemaking He had a little help with this one too haha. I guess Prodigal Son was his only unassisted air strike. 😎
Awesome 👌
Flare!!! 😁
ah man, i love the Aerodspatiale Gazelle
lol he shoots a gazelle with a flare it catches fire explodes turns into a md500 and falls to the water
They played an Iron Maiden song on this episode.
And Suicidal Tendences was there.
And EC!
Series really went light on budget during the last season huh? lol
Un épisode que j ai beaucoup aimer Sonny Crockett protège ce jeune qui es en faite un policier qui se fait passer pour une personne qui dois témoigner
love vice but it came to an end and as sad as it seems it looks like it's not coming back it could have with Billy but it does not look like that will happen would have loved to have seen a season six with Billy taking over from Dad
a great sound of the gun . back to the 80s bring back vice reboot please
You can't reboot Miami Vice. Ever
Omuaomua lets go
like you do
Crockett is on witness protection and he did not bring some kind of long arm? I'm sure as a cop he would have access to M16/AR15. Would have made the job a whole lot easier.
Bro didn’t need an ar he already has pretty solid aim with his sidearm. But I agree I felt like in this scenario it would’ve helped him out alot
I remember this one, and thinking, couldn't the Crockett of "One Way Ticket" have taken that copter out a lot easier? "300 out of 300, I'm impressed Crockett..."
Seems like he was shooting at a Gazelle but it was a burnt out Hughes that fell from the sky.
Since those drug kingpins have all the money in the world why didnt they equipe that french combathelicopter with some rocketpods or similar.
Using an Ingram at that range is about as useful as throwing the bullets at them….
It's two different types of helicopters. 🤣
Yeah...This is a Smith & Wesson 645 forty-five ACP caliber...I count FOURTEEN shots...remarkable, as this pistol only has an eight round magazine, plus one "up the pipe" Did you hear or see a magazine reload? The second engagement, I counted twelve rounds??
They call it movie magic.
For entertainment only.
@@fugu4163 Even the helicopter "explosion" has the blade rotors stopped, unmoving?...a helicopter "blown out of the sky" while hovering OR in motion is still going to have those rotors in motion. This is why I never watched this & many other TV shows, as it was just far too corny to watch.
Good scene but a Gazelle Helicopter turns into an MH5...lol. Still a fan of Miami Vice!!!
That helicopter changes from a Aérospatiale Gazelle when on the attack in live action to a Hughes 500 series when it blows up as a model (a clip borrowed from the series Airwolf. Also a Universal TV production).
Yes from the mind of the machine episode
Wouldnt be the first one.
Dear ‘Miami Vice’: Why didn’t you invite me to direct an episode? Because I didn’t think of shooting a helicopter out of the sky for ‘Blazing Saddles.’ How did Michael Mann come up with this ridiculous schlock and I thought an exploding Candy Gram for Mongo was funny until you redefined funny here baby. - Mel Brooks, Hollywood CA
Michael Mann did not direct a single episode of the whole series.
Blääääämmm!!
Yeah and I shot down a UFO
