No, only wild carrot should go in the freezer and the Fridge for seeds that need prechilling. You can find all the information on my website and in my handbooks if you would prefer a list of what seeds I chill x
No not really they last for ages, just make sure you pick just opened flowers so they haven’t been pollinated (see my Cosmos video for that) and at least 4 hours in a bucket of cool water before arranging. Zone 6b can I direct sow them?
They can be a bit delicate, I would transplant in plugs x
