I am a nurse in the Cardiology ward. Wrist BP devices are very inacurate. A BP device actively stops the blood in your arm and by the ammount of pressure needed it determines the Systolic value (in mmHg) then slowly releases the preasure to see when is the first and last hit it can register and gives the Diastolic value. A wrist BP is a more compact version of a big BP, it can and never will be able to bring the necessary perfomance needed to determin the exact BP value.
I came across this video researching the accuracy of the ECG on the watch (I have the 4 series of this watch). The only thing I could find is articles referencing Samsung's official testing (which, obviously shouldn't trust a company based study). Thanks for watching.
You should measure on same hand. Left hand tend to have higher blood pressure
3:25 The cuff was supposed to be on your other arm.
I can only ask, " How in the heck did you get the BP while you swiped across the dial?" watch purchase 4/1/23 and they don't indicate anything for BP. This watch from 3 days ago is about to get sent back to Galaxy. I don't see any option with it giving me to swipe screen to a BP monitor. Where are you getting that from??? Samsung knocked it off shelf of the watch, so to speak ??
I picked up my watch today and there is no blood pressure on it. They also said that it works in America???I will probably return it, nothing is better than my galaxy 3
Have you installed the Samsung health monitor app on your phone. Also are you using a Samsung phone. I still use my watch 3, I love the design.
Thanks for watching
@@Mike.Tech. yes i have galaxy S21 i always using samsung health
@@torlakli Samsung health monitor is a different app than Samsung health
@@yubstep i have booth
You can side load it. 5 pro is better than watch 3. Just because no bp you lose your marbles over the 5 pro..
watch5 pro required monthly calibration?!
Yeah it does just like the watch 4 and 3.
Use the same arm, as you can get 2 different readings!
Might want to get the BP checked my guy
Thanks for the experiment
А какой результат показал ЭКГ.Спасибо.

I love all the apparent medical professionals in the comments haha
Thank you for your video! I always wondered how good is this device measuring blood pressure.
Friend, your blood pressure is a bit too high. I recommend you to avoid sweet foods like soda drinks, juice, white bread and eat more whole grains, green vegetables, beets, fat fish like salmon, sardines, tuna , drink green tea, hibiscus, etc. and… very important exercise regularly.
A visit to a specialist could be a good idea.
Thanku soooo much sir it is very helpful
