  • Stop Tossing Your Pineapple Peels: Turn Them Into Tea, Instead. Because the benefits from this is amazing for your body!
    PINEAPPLE SKIN BENEFITS
Pineapple contains (including the pineapple peel and core) a powerful enzyme called bromelain. Bromelain is a protein-digesting enzyme with anti-inflammatory benefits and has been used medicinally for centuries.
Currently, bromelain is used for several purposes - when ingested, it is likely to reduce inflammation and swelling of the nasal passages and throat. However, it also helps prevent blood clotting and encourages the formation of new red blood cells, which may be beneficial for treating cardiovascular diseases.
    TURMERIC
You may have heard claims that it is one of the "world's healthiest foods" and that it has amazing anti-inflammatory properties. Curcumin, the pigment that gives turmeric its bright yellow.Turmeric has been used in Indian cooking and medicine for hundreds of years and is a key ingredient in most curries.
    List of health benefits:
    Anti-Inflammatory
    Natural Fat Burner
    Antioxidant
    Natural Detoxifier
    Makes Your Face Glow
    Reduced Cholesterol
    Prevents Bloating
    Natural Aid For Psoriasis
    Treats Depression
    Anti-Aging Properties
    Natural Antiseptic
    Prevents Cancerous Cells
    Improves Digestion
    Helps Prevent Memory Loss
    Prevents Oily Skin
    Strengthens Ligaments
    GINGER
There are so many reasons you’ll want to use ginger for weight loss. A natural appetite suppressant, metabolism booster, and can help to improve your digestion. Ginger can also balance your level of leptin, the hormone that is responsible for you feeling full and satisfied after a meal.
Naturally anti-viral and anti-inflammatory, ginger can boost your immune system to fight against the cold virus.

Canned pineapples can be used in jello, and the jello will still set. Heat breaks down bromelain.
If bromelain is destroyed by heat, wouldn't boiling pineapple peels destroy this enzyme?
