Nice job. T-track is cheap and easy enough to get for most of us, but it is always helpful to see someone improvise. I do agree with comments about adding screws though. Thank you for sharing.
Hi, everything is really great but I think you use a lot of superglue. Wherever you use it, you should also use screws. Because the glue will burst at some point and then an injury is inevitable.

I think your old saw blade might not seem so old if you cleaned the pitch off the blade.
FYI, I use good saw blades to cut aluminum and I have not noticed any problems. I don't do it often.

No sé si te habrás dado cuenta pero el tornillo te va a dar vueltas en la cabeza dentro de la guía tenías que haberle puesto un tornillo carrocero para aplanar la cabeza por dos lados si no te va a dar vuelta el tornillo
Да, наверно хорошо когда твой дом это цех по обработке древесины. Только в таком доме это и так всё есть, во всяком случае должно быть.

Te ha faltado poner una regla a esa guía y redondear la cabeza del tornillo de la perilla para que no haga esas rascadas tan desagradables en el canal de la guía .

Why make a T-track instead of just buying one?? Makes no sense to me.

зачем заниматься финей, если сейчас есть уже множетство разных т трек профилей с разными пазами под разные болты и ползуны, у профилей нормальные толщины и обработаные края. нет нужно взять трубу и заниматься фигней.....экономии почти ноль, а заморочек на пол дня
