    This is an easier-to-understand video explanation of how CRISPR works. Significant implications for the future of the mental health and learning difference fields. Great work!

      You should be convinced that scientific breakthroughs are not something the public is fond of. Otherwise, we would be a world prospering from enthusiasm of scientific principles.

    Will this help us with the COVID-19 infection?

    • @Mark-Wilson
      @Mark-Wilson 3 года назад +3

      we don't need this we only need a normla vaccine bro but it might help with hiv and other rna viruses and also help us defeat cancer by fixing proto onco genes along with toher treatments! for the rpactical purpose other than medical ti could help inre search and technolgoy and help ourselves in other ways as well but the technology is stil learly its being devleloped everyday

      @@Mark-Wilson I mean...this is for detecting whether you have a certain virus in you without having to resort to draining some of your blood and shipping it to a lab to spend days testing it. Actually curing you in the event that you really are infected is not the concern of this technology.
      It's basically a pregnancy test stick but instead of telling you if you should be expecting babies, you'll know if you have COVID-19 within about an hour. Instead of maybe a week. For diseases that can spread through a community rapidly it is rather invaluable to quickly know whether it's actually there before it gets to more people.

      its why they released it, they never really done any RNA based vaccines, they worked terribly for the cancers they tried, the only real solution was a cold like virus to introduce RNA technology into the world. China is now gene sequencing with this technology. Having a vaccine tested on billions of people from all over the world gave them the best data they could of ever wished for.

    Would you give permission to use some scenes from this video to be produced into another video? Credits will be mentioned of course.

    So crispr can be used to alter the mrna instructions from outside the body?

    • @imaginationplayground
      @imaginationplayground Год назад

      More like it can detect and once detected it can also cut to remove functionality.
      There are many use cases based on this ability including inserting or deleting genes from DNA, lowering expression, cleavage cascade etc
