- Hello! In this video we will show you how we painted the metal dash in our 1977 Chevrolet Nova on a budget!
Materials used:
- 3M Scuff Pad
- Awesome! All Purpose Cleaner and Degreaser
- Garbage Bags
- Blue Painters Tape
- Rust-oleum Filler Primer
- Rust-oleum Gloss Black Acrylic Enamel
- Rust-oleum Clear Gloss Acrylic Enamel
- 1500 grit sandpaper
- Pliers
- Wrench
- Screwdrivers

Great energy in the video. Spend a little extra for quality spray paint next time. When you spend so much time in prep work a little extra towards quality product is well worth it. Rust oleum has no place in a restoration

forgot one, if you ever need to take the quarter glass out, that would make a great video and it takes 2 people to do that job.

Hey Do you guys any info on the drain hoses on a 77 Nova...
What do you mean by the drain hoses? Coolant hoses?
@@maserogarage7574 I have a drain Line that runs behind my kick panels.... I’m taking in water in my floor... I’m afraid I didn’t something wrong with those lines?
@@travisharmon9221 I am not sure about those lines you are talking about but if you are getting water in through your kick pans maybe you can consider putting some kind of silicon around them to prevent the water from getting to the cabin
