While Howard IS INDEED in the MCU , it is NOT this same version. It's a completely " other universe" Howard voiced by Seth Green :)

What's happening to Jeffrey Jones' Face!
He pretended to be human for his other movies.
Bryce Howard is in the jeep with the duck and the guy.
I always found the voice changes with
Jenning between him and the Dark
Overlord, not to mention some of the
vocal sound effects he makes
impressive.
Even now, I don't think this movie is
very kid-friendly, and it pushed the
PG envelope pretty far, esp when the
relationship between Beverly and
Howard started.
It started getting good for me when
Jenning became possessed, even with
the goofy one liners and catchphrases
here and there.
Between his morphing facial features
the glowing eyes and some other
interesting make up effects, it's too
bad that Jenning's character came in
half way into it, almost an hr in fact.
I mean, I was glad that Howard made
some human friends between Bev and
her band, but I still don't think the
romantic part was a good move.
this movie was made for 8yr olds
