A phenomenally good conversion of the hit game show to a Plug n Play console. Can you win all SEVENTEEN pricing games?! AND keep your sanity?! ...The answer is no. Игры
Thanks so much for posting this! I worked on this game back in 2009 and its a trip to see all the pricing games, music, etc again. You even found the Easter eggs, which is awesome. Notice the fake product names? They’re all play-on-words or puns for the real things! IE: The “Harrison Pony” would be a “Ford Mustang”. We weren’t allowed to use real products without including proper images, and it would have been a licensing nightmare.
Again, thanks!
You worked on this game? That's awesome! I collect and review Plug n Play games, and this is easily one of the most detailed, well-programmed, entertaining games I've come across. I really loved the puns and easter eggs to get around actually licensing the products(and I think I have them memorized since I had to play this game for EIGHT HOURS to finally complete each of the games!) As a content creator, I know how anal most of these companies can be about any mention of their product... Though I noticed that, while the names were changed, most of the screenshots for the products were the actual thing, just heavily compressed so you couldn't immediately tell that the Chocolate Tarts was an actual Pop Tarts box. I'm impressed that you still managed not to get into trouble for that. This is a game that works on every level, so whatever your role in was in developing this game, great job!
Also, I just got that "Harrison" and "Ford" joke, lol.
Just found your review at zc-infinity.blogspot.com/2018/02/plug-n-play-game-corner-price-is-right.html and posted some insights. Man, 8 hours... :)
uclafalcon why didn’t you make the wheel freely spin?
@@MorganNye Originally we had a prototype of a controller with a wheel that *did* spin, but it was taken out as a cost-saving measure. Would have been cool.
Poultry of the Deep got me rolling 😂
I have that too. I even recorded the music from it. Not a lot of TPIR cues, but many are classic ones.
Here it comes, Television’s most exciting Hour of fantastic Prizes, the fabulous 60-Minute Price Is Right.
...from the Bob Barker Studio at CBS in Hollywood...
Any Number was the first game to be played on TPIR; it was first played on September 2, 1972. Back in '72, car prices had FOUR digits.
Hi ZC, I can tell you that the 3rd bonus game you didn't unlock was punch a bunch and in order to unlock the bonus mode you have to get 25,000$
In the One Bid, if you hear the Bell what does that mean?
the fake product names in this give me life
I should get this. I love one away
Never played it before
But is it any good?
IT GOT AN 5/5 lol
