- To make this Winter Hat Cake, I baked 6 lbs of my Ultimate Chocolate Cake, and 5 lbs of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake dyed PINK. I iced the cake with Italian Buttercream as usual - and then I draped it in sweet knitted fondant details made with Marvelous Molds knit molds! And to top it all off, I added a pretty pom pom!

I know and I do a lot of cooking and crafting painting, charcoal, pastel, metal, aluminum, and paper embossing, embroidery, scrapbook, jewelry etc etc etc and believe me Yolanda I know about DETAILS. All this to tell you, you are amazing, your work is beautiful and perfect. You take care every step and give the important to each part of your work. Hey Yolanda, I really enjoy watching your videos and I have been watching you for about a year. I live in Atlanta Georgia and I think it would be a great idea if you went on tour and you did different classes in different states. The classes could be just the basics of cake.
