Congrats on baby! Does keeping papa in the herd affect the calf behaviour at all? I've noticed males in herds of other animals sometimes being a babysitter or teaching baby manners if they notice mama is getting a bit fed up with rambunctiousness.
Thank you. Our calves are around our bulls a lot and I think they are better for it. The daughters love being close to their Daddy when they are calves.
