This is an awesome podcast! I am doing a lot of what’s talked about and yet there’s much to learn here! Changing my diet has been a long and learning process; it’s been 15 years and I am living with painless arthritis.
Terrific, posting this in my group :)
awesome!!
Ok, I sure am happy about coming across this channel especially as a 74 year old male with osteoarthritic knees.
I'm happy you found the channel.
The brilliance of nature perfectly said.
Remember that "nature" has had a helping hand with GMO by industry! The videos on RUclips are big infomercials and not to be taken word for word 😂
very informative , i took notes, I started with vegan a year ago but was informed i need more protein and cant eat alot of beans. so i've moved on to the Mediterranean diet.
Thank you so much for doing this interview! I learned a bunch
Glad to hear it!
Ok so confused. My wife has osteoarthritis and she said lots of websites say that tomatoes and red peppers are inflammatory….how are you suppose to know what/who to believe??
I have always heard that bell peppers and eggplant are nightshade vegetables and shouldn’t be eaten if you have arthritis.
Great information Thank you for sharing
Glad you liked it!
What about milk and milk products
Great information. I did check out the consumer testing and it has increased to $99 not $10 per year.
thank you for letting me know!
I am soooo confused! I have been researching this for weeks and I don't understand. Seems like there are 180 degrees between what is recommended by different experts in approach to anti-inflammatory diet . One school of thought is what is talked about here where red meat/saturated fats is a huge no no. More fruits veggies and whole grains. While other claim great success with keto/carnivore which says to reduce/eliminate carbs, fruits veggies and whole grains. Red meat/saturated fats are ok. I don't consider myself stupid, but I just don't understand and who to believe.
The keto/Carnivore group eat a lot of fat especially saturated which is not good for you. The body needs a little fat but most should be monosaturated or polyunsaturated...those diets also lack fiber which is important for gut health. They may claim anecdotally that they loose weight in the short term but it is unknown the problems that will develop long term like colon cancer
Thank you ladies. Great information. 😊

I'm sorry to say there is lots of evidence to say that the nightshade family are not good for arthritis, this includes potatoes, peppers, aubergine, tomatoes. So why is this being promoted here as anti-inflamstory. I really like your videos and am grateful for them, but this drs advice concerns me
