Idea: make a creepy monster, only a single player can see, stalking them from afar just barely out of sight, but enough slowly getting closer and closer slowly making them insane
That is how scare crows work! Crows have a good memory and good communication skills. If you dress up, using the clothes you are going to use for your scarecrow make sure to use the burlap mask. They will remember your face too, so mask is required. Harass the crows in the getup. Throw things at them, ect. Then go inside to change. And use the mask and clothes to make your scarecrow. The crows will tell their young and other crows to avoid the “bad guy” in the field. A college professor did a similar test with a mask and scared the crows in the college outside. He reported that they crows tried to attack him and did their warnings calls 60 years later after only doing it once.

Farmers will wear the same outfit over and over, scaring away the crows, and then when they set up their scarecrow(s) they put the same or similar clothes on it to make the crows think that it's the farmer so they stay away. Crows are intelligent and have incredible memories, so they're able to remember and recognize unique outfits which is why they work
@basedcheese1 it depends on the crows tbh, some are smarter and some are dumber. You may not need to wear the same outfit as the scarecrow if they're already plenty wary of humans in general

However when a sky diver's chute malfunctions and he falls into a vat of boiling deep fryer oil the festival runner tries to hide evidence by serving this deep fried man in secret! However when this turns out to be a surprise hit will this festival take a dark turn in the owners effort to keep business flowing... Or will the burn from the oil of darkness deep fry him in the cold irons of the law...
Idea: Worlds -Best- Worst superhero squad. Its made up of superheroes with bad names (The Flatulent, Bad Breath Guy, etc.) And they all have useless powers (able to jump higher than a snail, invisibility but only when nobody's looking, etc) and they are doing tryouts for new members, however the new members are the players and the team just assume any minor talents are superpowers.

It would be cool to have some restrictions on the powers of these supernatural or haunted creatures. For example, most whom I have seen can teleport and become invisible.

Idea: SCP-001 When Day Breaks. Exposure to sunlight brings instant death. Anyone exposed to sunlight becomes a flesh monster that brings victims into the light to become a part of their hivemind to worship the corrupt sun. Might be a bit too complicated to pull off but could be cool.
Honestly, this could be a multi-part series. The scarecrow wasn't caught, and the sherrif's department HAS to have noticed a grim pattern now. Perhaps an episode or two of this split between the PoV of the detectives desperately chasing down this sick serial killer across blaine county as the scarecrow continues to kill again and again, perhaps getting more and more worn down with each killing as it's victims resist but manage to do chip damage, until it is finally dragged down and burned with flamethrowers, it's incineration accompanied by the daemonic howls of whatever diabolical thing gave it motion.
Idea: do a corrupt IRS rp where you terrorize people like taking their homes or pets or beating them if they dont pay you large sums of money that they wont be able to pay.

Idea: To raise morale, the city sanctions a yacht party off the coast for three days. Unfortunately, a storm moves in and blows the yacht away from shore and leaves them stranded. Now, with minimal food and tons of alchol, will these unlucky Samaritans survive?
Idea: Add Death Note and you will be playing as some Nerd who would get bullied and he would take revenge on them with the book, where he would write down their names and cause of death.Then They would have last day of their life.Or you change it and not be Nerd But somebody like from the grandma killer video.
