The honest reaction I got from the song itself ( I mainly listen to songs first then watch the video) was that she was talking about something toxic. After watching the video and reading the lyrics. It seems to me as though she is talking about herself towards someone else. Also in a way I feel like she is talking about the death of someone close to her and she is breaking. The her before she lost them and after. How she puts on a show for others around her. So that they can't see the truth and in doing so she is slowly taking in the pain, suffering and toxicity of it. She does this until its too late. She can't help but let it pour out and completely consume her.
