I had a brand new truck that was doing the same thing. And it would be such an intermittent problem that freightliner could not determine the problem. I would be willing to bet that it was something along these lines that was the real problem. At that time I was a company driver and after three days of messing with this the company just put me in a new truck excuse me a different truck that was not as new as the new truck I had just brought there. lol but I didn't have any problems after that with another truck. These things can be temperamental!
It absolutely drove me crazy! The dealer couldn't find the issue because it was so intermittent, and I was afraid to turn off the truck because I never knew if it would start again. Thanks for watching!
I'm having the same issue, and it is driving me nuts. I took it to 2 places already, and all they do is steal your hard earned money. Have you had any more issues with it?
