Im a scum now days, but when I listen to certain songs I can still sense an anointing. Its hard, for even the hardest of men, to be under an anointing and not be broken down to tears. The only option is running and that doesnt work well. I can get, or buy most things i want, and im miserable. This will probably be the year I return to Jesus. My mother has just started chemotherapy and we watched this video for the the first time. When Kim said hope has a name we both broke down and cried and worshipped out loud. Back in high school (12yrs) ago I really struggled with bitterness because my dad left me when I was 2yrs...that bitterness really ate me up
So back then I came across Jesus culture and their music always made me feel the love of a Father..
Am sure Jesus used them to help me understand the love of God and helped in working on the bitterness....I look back now and I can see God fingerprints in my whole life ❤❤❤
Hello. I am a Retired US Navy Hospital Corpsman. I too grew up with some dire circumstances In 1991, I was in Desert Strom with a big Tribe of. US Navy Seabees. Just before the ground war began, My supervisor was on the phone, yes our clinic had a phone, and was talking to his father. We all knew that in the coming days we could get killed. My supervisor was telling his dad how much he loved him and that he would do his best to stay alive. I was so jealous ! He could call his dad and I couldn't I prayed to the Lord that I had no father to call and confess that. The still small voice said to me "I am your father" After He consoled me, I was no longer fearful of that which was to come. The war ended and we all went home alive..
My father passed away July 19, 2019
He went into a coma so I wasn't able to talk to him but I was able to speak life into with Gods word to comfort him he could hear me. In This Storm that I was going through Jesus was there to give me peace thank you Jesus for loving me much prayers are needed for my family and I to be strong and to continue on what my father planted in my family long ago was the word of God.
