I look for unusual floor plans (I have been researching since 2017) and this one is definitely that. Things I love? A BH model that actually has double-seating in the living area...both theater seat and sofa. The large bunks are great if you have kids. Lots of people HAVE kids but lots of people are instead looking for a space to create an office (like me). I think the BH could easily be converted to make a roomy office. If there were a similar model with a taller outdoor kitchen opening to accommodate a larger refrigerator and a desk built right above it, I would buy it in a heartbeat. I love that the W/D hookup is not in the closet but would have rather had drawers all along the bottom of the nose with hanging closet space above. I could be wrong but I think most people sleep and watch TV in the bedroom and do not lie and gaze out the windows and therefore a window in the nose (although pretty) is not really functional.

OK, here’s what my wife and I would like. We are in our seventies but we would have said this even if we were in our fifties. We couple camp, just us and occasionally our grandson who fits ok on the table, so since we go to a lot of state and federal parks we would like a Montana or Montana quality rig under 30 foot. We currently have a 2020, 25 RES Cougar HT that is really nice but we want the quality and build of a Montana but in a smaller size which as I’m sure you know is nigh impossible!
I know I’ve looked at them on your web site and at the dealer but it’s still over 30 feet, besides it doesn’t have a booth dinette and I think the interior design needs some additional thought. Remember for state parks and local type parks 30 feet is pretty much the max. Don’t get me wrong I think the cougars are built very well, I just would like the quality of a Montana in a 30 or less footer.

Hello DT! Thank you for your feedback. The main reason for no outside sink is this is considered a four season unit. With no plumbing on the outside kitchen it takes away the chances of any possibility of it freezing while customers are in colder temperatures. Thank you.
We're a couple of seniors who want storage space and a bunk room for our crafts, but we only have a 2500 Chevy duramax diesel pickup with a turbo, will it pull that?
Can any changes be done to the bunk room to make it a multipurpose room? I need an office, and we are looking for a bunk/guest/office/TV room. A simple desk on one side, and a small couch/hide-a-bed on the other. Bunks optional, that room would be excellent, but the huge wonderful upper bunk kills our needs. Can it be ordered with different bunk room configurations? Or even an empty (bunk less) bunk room?
Hello Erin. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept special change request. Our plants are designed to build by our engineering specifications and we are unable to deviate from that process. This process insures we build the best possible quality in every camper. Sorry for the inconvenience. You might look at one of our toy haulers. The garage could be used as an office and it would have bunks that you could have out of the way when you aren't using them. You can check them out on our website at www.keystonerv.com.
@@KeystoneRVCompany - Thanks, but doubtful. I have yet to see a TH with a separate office, yes you can add a desk. You can even replace one of the movable bunks with a desk as someone here on RUclips has done previously. But I do day trading, I want/need an office I can shut the door and eliminate interruptions.

Nice floorplan. Keystone has always been a leader and does stand behind there units.

Rip the bunks out yourself and make your own room
How about outside kitchen in more of the keystone fifth wheels that aren't a bunkhouse.
