The cemetery was one of my most unique memories from Isle Royal. Only was there for exploring but I hope to join my father one of these years, to fish. There is a bridge around that cemetery named after Roger Roth. He was a wild land firefighter that gave a lot of his time to the island on his summers off. He passed but his parents were my childhood neighbors growing up. They shared lots of his story’s before I went. The moose graveyard is also crazy. Great video felt like I was back a few times, so thank you 🙏🏼

As a lover of all things outdoors, I’ve really grown to appreciate the videos you come out with. Watching somebody just truly enjoy what they do and show such positive, genuine energy makes this channel different from most others. You catch fish, you shoot critters, you find all the berries, but you enjoy every little detail and appreciate everything around you. It’s funny watching somebody you’ve never met become almost a friend through simply watching their videos. Tight lines and safe travels as always!

It would be really nice if you posted some sort of itinerary of your trip. My family and I have been wanting to go but aren't sure where to start and finish.
I typically have a general itinerary but it constantly changes throughout the trip due to weather and other conditions. Maps of all the campgrounds/hiking trails are available on the national park website. If you call the Isle Royale headquarters, the rangers are happy to help point you in the right direction depending on your experience level. My trips in these videos would not be family friendly and most of the time I’m not even sure where I’ll end up that day.

The way you talked about that trout reminds me of my last day of fishing in Northern Ontario after 3 months of camping, and the grandmother of all walleye I caught in the last hour of the last day on the water. Absolutely shaking. What an experience with those wolves! I've never had that, except apparently when I was too young to remember, with my parents. One downside of travelling with dogs. Saw a cougar in Ontario though, crazy thing walked right through our site in broad daylight!

Those wolves freak me out. They are trying to decide if they can take you. I prefer .45 wolf repellent for just such an emergency.
