    Mam but the elastic stretching will also cause radius to inc and pressure to decrease

    Stretch receptor touch hone se pahele voluntary micturition possible? 300 ml fill bladder time pe kon sa mechanism se urination possible. Stretch receptor touch se pahele reflux nehi jayegi

    • @PhysiologyOpen
      @PhysiologyOpen  Год назад

      It is possible by voluntary micturition. Bladder contracts due to influences from higher center on pelvic nerve

    Mam which reference book u used for this lecture please tell!!

  • @shaziafarooq7804

    Mam in books it's written that micturtion reflex is self regenerative I. e initial contraction of bladder activates stretch receptors more... But how it's possible

    • @PhysiologyOpen
      @PhysiologyOpen  2 года назад +5

      It’s correct
      Happens by 2 mechanisms
      1. Increased activation of stretch receptors due to contraction
      2. Due to urination, sensation also reach to spinal cord, from there it increases contraction as well
      So micturition process is basically a positive feedback

    Ma'am please reply
    I'll share a question with you
    All are correct regarding renal physiology except
    A) Na+ reabsorption occurs in DCT
    B) K+ is both secreted and absorbed in tubules
    C) Glucose is reabsorbed in DCT
    D) Hb is not excreted as it's a large molecule
    E) Amino acids are reabsorbed in CD
    ans given C, D, E
    I just didn't understood option D . In explanation it's written, free hb is easily excreted in glomerulus. Ma'am is it normal or only during renal disease?
    Ma'am would you please explain?

    • @PhysiologyOpen

      Extracorpuscular hb does get filtered...

    Unless you are studying to become a doctor, it really isn't necessary to know this, unless you are curious! LOL
