What they don’t realize is that you have the will and heart of a lion. Your mind is solid so you can’t be thrown off balance by a weak pussy. It’s like the saying "What is now proved was once only imagined" and that is how your mind works. Your mind sets the pace and you work/fail/improve (Repeat) over and over and before you know it your living what your mind envisioned. What separates people like that from the rest is resilience, and ability to learn and pivot. Most people can’t take even 1 failure, they dwell on the failure. A successful person learns from it, corrects it and moves on. Keep the positivity coming and keep exposing the hateful demons for the weak morons they are Terry.
Why is it I try to be honest, nice with my brother and sister, they look down on me, talk to me like I've done some thing wrong. Ya they don't like themselves, you are right.
I dont miss family get togethers at all. I’m much more content with my life with my partner living my own life without the pressure of small talk or judgments from other family members. It is really nice and peaceful. Even if my family doesnt understand what I’m doing or who I am, I am happy and that is what matters 😊 I also agree we arent meant to socialize with every family member or stay in contact with every friend. Its not necessary, you have to do whats best for you and that means appreciating them in the chapters they were in and letting them go. Life isnt about being social all the time and being liked as you said. Some people dont deserve you, your time and your kindness.
