Insane Housing Market- Fall 2023!

Between the high interest rates, low inventory, and inflated home prices we are left in a tricky housing market to navigate. The silver lining in this is that many Buyer's are in a position where they can negotiate and receive incentives and favorable terms from the Seller when purchasing their home. I suggest that for SOME Buyer's it may make sense to buy now when they can still get some incentives and then refinance later when interest rates come back down.
