They knew eventually we will see many bad things happening like I knew about those sexually abuse kids for35 years and I did nothing because I was afraid the only people I had my two daughters I will lose them because I will get disfellowshipped and that’s how they came up with disfellowshipped.
These people think they are better than you. They think you are totally wrong and they are right. The whole lot of them stink of hypocrisy. Talk to you like you're a 5-year-old kid.... pathetic.
No Jehovah Witness has ever said that they have authority over anyone. You should have known that since day one. Because none of them ever teach that they have authority over you. Which True colors do you speak of? They are transparent in everything that they do. The only organize people of God world wide. Look at the time that we live in today. The last days, every other church accepting homosexual marriage, sinful acts of the world, parties in the church, celebrating pagan holidays. But we the JWs always standing strong with Jehovah while the rest of the world churches keep falling apart. But Jesus said it, only a (few) will find the truth.
@@alexandraloukas2102 Do you think that Jehovah won't pass judgement on anyone who does wrong. Who ever did that to those kids won't see the light of day. But that has nothing to do with the teachings of the congregation. Because we would never keep those people in knowing that they have fallen like Satan. In other churches when this happens to children, they do nothing about it. There is no disfellowshipping in any other Christian denomination because they love sin. It's very rare to see a preacher or pastor loose their position in a church after committing their act.
@@JuanDiaz-jo1rw Oh dear I left everything to Jehovah he is the one with Jesus that will judge these people people cannot judge people wait and see what Jehovah will do when the truth comes out
Shunning is a biblical instruction and practice which is distorted and abused in the JW and neglected and avoided in most other protestant fellowships. And the Catholic Church also for that matter
I would disagree. The world allows EVERYTHING!! Literally everything.. and look at it!! The world is at a point of collapse! People NEED guidance and structure… definite rules around life and behaviour that is acceptable and that which isn’t acceptable. Do you think a man committing adultery shouldn’t be disfellowshipped?? Even though his wife and children are devastated by his disloyalty?? Or how about a drunkard who is abusive to his family? Should that be tolerated? Or a thief? Gambler? Rape? Should all that be “accepted”? These types of videos never show the true meaning of what it is to be in a community.. I’m not talking about JWs either.. I’m saying as to being a person in this world..
In 1984, I shared a room with an ex JW in Bible school. This guy actually worked at the Brooklyn headquarters, so he personally knew the higher ups. He was disfellowshipped because he kept challenging them doctrinally. They couldn't handle it.
There is something I realised. All the problems I had inside wasn’t problems at all . Just JW problems, that don’t exist in the real world. So I spend 34 years of my life having mostly problems that never should had !
same here bro 25 years of my life thinking I got problems but have none since leaving. Lookin at everyone I know in it they all have issues and are losing their minds 😂🥲
The Devil will always paint the outside world without problems to keep you in a comfortable cage. Hope you don't walk away from Jehovah now that the world is almost on it's last ropes.
I'm so glad that more and more people are finally seeing this organisation for what it is - It's about control, coercion, manipulation and exploitation,.
There is no control, manipulation, and exploration in JWs. Did you know that most of the disfellowship people are people who won't give up they ways of the world? The second the Devil sees their stumble, he will keep you there away from God. And the more you feed into the deception the more the enemy has control of you. That's why JW.s will never stop preaching the truth. And the one's who think they can hide theor wrong doings will be judged by God.
Thank you for EXPOSING them.. I’ve been shunned for 26 years, never disfellowshipped, but shunned never the less, just for deciding to leave the organization! Lost 4 generations of my family! It’s brutal & so unloving.. a very harsh consequence!!
It better to loose your entire family than to loose God. Your family should never come before God. You should never love your family more than you love God. Everyone is responsible for their own salvation.
My cousin is currently fading out of the organization after practically being born in 33 years ago. Her parents and other family members are shunning her . Thank goodness she is out though ! 🎉🎊
She will be back very soon. The Great Tribulation is about to begin very soon and she will see that what she learned all of these years was the truth. The prodigal son will return to the house of God.
A whole lot are living double lives as PIMO’s. Hiding their authentic lives so that they don’t lose their parents/family and friends. Sad what people have to do in order to be loved and accepted in the organization
@lesliebrickley - indeed! This is the conundrum the followers have not seen, or dealt with yet. If “we JWs are all sinners” and those that we disfellowship are sinners, then shouldn't we be disfellowshipping all of us OR does this mean we JWs are actually NOT all sinners and we are “making” all of us in the org sinless people? 🤔
@@BeckyOverbeck And they will be judged. Because family is not more important than God. Matthew 10:37 New Living Translation “If you love your father or mother more than you love me, you are not worthy of being mine; or if you love your son or daughter more than me, you are not worthy of being mine. Are you willing to loose your life just because you want to follow your family that doesn't believe in the truth?
@@srich7503 Disfellowshipping is only for people who practice sin and do not want to repent from their ways. Do you really believe that God is jist going to let anyone come to his house. I don't think so. You can't have God and the world. You have to choose. Just because we are all sinners it doesn't mean that God doesn't have his rightious people. Jesus also made it perfectly clear that it is very hard to enter that kingdom of God.
Tragically this number includes many young people who cannot endure being cut off from family and friends. Sadly some even resort to suicide. Thank you for highlighting the danger of getting involved with this organization.
We were definitely raised in a Secret Society with a lot of "Loaded Language" also known as "Word Speak"... It was set up that way to make us feel so special in God's "one true" religion! Many "outsiders" don't relate and that's why a lot of times it's hard to leave the organization and go into the real world because it's like you're living on another planet, but we will find our true identity which they tried to steal from us! Let's keep fighting! 🙏💜
Thanks for this succinct summary and 100% agree with everything you say, because its true. The only question I came away with is who are 'they'? because they are individuals, but as a group en masse, they have imbedded a manipulative attitude like mindless sheep. It is clearly mind control and conditioning which only becomes apparent when you step away. I would encourage any witness to take 3 months off as a period of reflection.
@@punothebear It would work as a support group. Also we could include different groups of interest, like for instance hobby clubs, travel clubs, sports clubs, artist clubs etc.... Turn lemon into lemonade 👍 Their would even be events, inspirational speakers, cult specialist, scholars etc.... The skies the limit 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Yes, mormonism, jehovah's witnesses, catholics, SDA, protestants, etc. They are all totally apostate from God and from the Bibles Christianity. Everything called the church is 100% apostate.
Im still trying to understand how easy it was for a person to agree with them in the beginning, but now see that its all BS. How didn't you see anything fishy in the beginning. I grew up in it in a way, but family members couldnt take the questions that i would ask and now that im grown they really cant take me
I grew up in a protestant sect as well and was pretty well shunned by my parents when I converted to the Catholic church. This is not a problem though because the Catholic church is the highest form of society available in this world. In fact it is a heavenly society, the kingdom of heaven. Most exJW's though are leaving a dysfunctional form of society and going to the lowest form of society one earth which is the depraved secular society which has its feet dangling in hell. This is illegitimate. If you leave any form of society it must be to take hold of something better which is closer to God than what you are leaving. I suspect that this is at the heart of all the miseries of exJW's who blame the JW fellowship whereas the blame is more properly placed at the self for the miserable choices made after they left JW. If you left JW for something higher and heavenly then you would not be phased by the outbursts of any man, as you would know that you have the favour of God. In fact Christ says that "Ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake."
I was born into it. As a STRICT JW you are taught ( forced) to NEVER QUESTION ‼️I knew at age 14 that most of it didn’t make sense & was far from the teachings of Jesus. It’s fear based.. the fear of getting disfellowshipped, the fear of losing your entire family, the fear of Armageddon.. that is enough to keep most people from asking questions or leaving it! Having an exit plan is important , but the shunning is brutal for sure!!
I don't claim any religion. Religion wants to control you. All religion. I was a born in and from a very young age I would wonder how adults believed in these fairy tails. I kept my opinions to myself because I seen what could happen if I talked about it. When I was a child I knew I could be shunned or even thrown out of the house, if I persisted in asking certain questions, or said that I didn't believe what the cult was pushing. You had to be very careful. I'm just glad that I left as soon as I could. Once I was old enough I didn't care what they would do. Shun me? I was ok with that. I never really liked them anyway. If my parents would have decided to shun me, I was ok with that too. Fortunately they didn't but that is what most Jehovah witness do. I prepared myself for it. But, let's say I fell down and bumped my head and went back. They wouldn't want me back. They would have no control over me. Nothing that they could say or do would have any effect over me. None. I don't think they would like that. They would call me worldly, or apostate, which would absolutely make no difference to me. Now, this is only hypothetical because there is no reason that I would ever go back. That would be just silly.
All religious cults use disfellowshipping as punishment if you leave the group. This is how they keep people in the group. Before the internet most information about religious groups came from their organisations. It is important for people to thorougly search a religion before joining.
I stopped answering my door and they stick the watchtower I’m my screen door anyway. I politely told them I am of a different faith however that doesn’t seem to matter.
No they won’t stop even if you tell them you have your own religion, or that you’re not interested. It’s best to tell them to mark you as DO NOT CALL on their TERRITORY map.
I used to get knocked on the door by JW's until I quoted 1 Tim 3:15 " thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground [2] of the truth. " . I then asked so why did the protestants leave the church of their day? I never got a call from them again. As someone said, they are just after ignorant sheep who don't know the true shepherd, and who have a reasonable expectation of having a fat wallet. Hard to convince them you don't have money if you live in a nice house, but if you know your scripture and put them on the back foot asking questions of them that they are not able to answer then they will put you down as "Do not revisit" or in other words "A danger to the faith of the doorknockers"
I started to thank JWs who came to my door so I could reassure them that Jesus loves them and I do too. They rarely stop by anymore. I don’t know why not.
Your question was incompatible with the scripture you cited. If I went door knocking and came to your door I would have to conclude that you were too illogical in your thinking. I wouldn't even try to sell you a Girl Scout Cookie. You'd probably cite a recipe from an old Betty Crocker cookbook then ask me why Famous Amos didn't make potato chips.
The Royal Australian Commission court ask the GB members about shunning! The GB said it’s ok for disfellowshipped one to associate with family as long as it not spiritual things. Complete perjury
Even as a former member I could not believe the lies told to the court on video. I've lost count of former Witnesses who left after seeing and hearing Jeffrey Jackson lie in court about disfellowshipping and about Jehovah's channel ! Even the counsel and judge couldn't believe their ears !
I think I saw that in my opinion when that lawyer put his hand on the bible to swear to tell the truth dude was skirting questions as if they did not care about the courts hand on the bible b/c it looked like he was to lie for the good of the Society I thought it was a joke.
As she said we arent allowed to research anything like this at all as a 13 year old who is being forced into this reiligon i can vouch for her, as well as the hypocrisy or shaming. especially abuse is very common in our church most of the other child i know are abused emotional. Its very sad how the elders do nothing about it and when an elder does something horrible like SA or is a straight up pedophile it is ignore even if its reproted nothing is done. Hopefully my mom doesn't see this as well because as she said we aren't allowed to do any research and are supposed to follow blindly
Thanks Becky. Shows how misleading lawyer David Gnam was in the Canada Supreme court when he said the shunning was only spiritual in nature. In my opinion, he not only mischaracterised disfellowshipping and shunning, he mislead Canada's highest court. Great work as always.
Regardless of whether the scriptural intention is to safeguard the image and reputation of Jehovah and his organization, severing ties among family members is unacceptable as not all wrongdoers are trangressors of moral codes or are blatant apostates.
JWs are heavily indoctrinated to believe the Watchtower Organization is their salvation! The JW's believe everything the Governing Body ( "Anointed" Leaders ) says because they are captive of a concept. They really believe they're in the only true religion on earth, and they're the only ones preaching a lifesaving work. They believe they will see their dead love ones resurrected here on Earth. Also they have the hope to live forever on a paradise Earth! All of these things are very comforting to them. The world in their mind is corrupt and controlled by satan the devil.. NOTHING is good in it!! It's tough, but a JW has to experience his own "personal internal Armageddon"... meaning they will have to have some internal shake-up in their own mind and feelings about an issue. Once this happens they will start to think critically and the veil over their eyes will slowly start to be removed.
Don't worry, cultish religions and other groups have a remarkable ability to keep on going and going despite constant failures. Just look at Peter Popov or Hillsong for example. They can be exposed for scamming money, moral and sexual hypocrisy and yet their followers forgive them and just stick with them. The Watchtower will shrink, for sure, but they'll be around long after we've gone.
Hello…I just found your video. We have disassociated ourselves since last year. Did I hear that they disfellowshipped you because your work too much??? What???? Did you ask them where in the elders book they read that cause it is not there darling. Being a witness for over 40 years. My husband 71 years old and was an elder since last year for DECADES, and now I have access to the elders book. You need to sue them!!!! They need to learn a lesson.
I was raised in the JW religion but never got baptized. Can anybody confirm if this number of people who get disfellowshipped is true. Are there any reliable data to confirm this?
Well done, Becky Overbeck, what you mention is important, thank you, but why 70,000 and not 100,000 or 150,000? I mean, how do we know this number? Are there any data on which we rely on?
Can someone living in the US confirm the financial difficulties of the organization? Because from here in Europe we only have partial information. Our media do not cover the subject. Apparently, this organization is going through a financial crisis and is hiding it from its members. In any case here in France and in other European countries it sells buildings almost everywhere, and in certain regions it even requires a certain monthly sum from its members to cover local debts
It is the narrow gate which leads to life, that few are finding! . Understand this end time prophecy that has always been in every Christians bible but, few people have found it: . Isaiah 66:5 Hear the word of Jehovah, YOU men who are trembling at his word: “YOUR brothers that are hating YOU, that are excluding YOU by reason of my name, said, ‘May Jehovah be glorified!’ He must also appear with rejoicing on YOUR part, and they are the ones that will be put to shame.” . [Name of person] is no longer one of JEHOVAH's Witnesses ---->> "excluding YOU by reason of MY NAME" . . Jehovah's promise to disfellowshipped Jehovah's Witnesses: . "He ** MUST ** also appear with rejoicing on YOUR part"! . . Due to their shunning policies however, a Jehovah's Witness will lose their family as a consequence of going through the narrow gate: . Mark 10:29-30 Jesus said: “Truly I say to YOU men, No one has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for my sake and for the sake of the good news 30 who will not get a hundredfold now in this period of time, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and fields, with persecutions, and in the coming system of things EVERLASTING LIFE. . What the bible said would happen, is now really happening! . But hey, 70,000 per year is a GREAT CROWD! . .

@justinporter458 We left 21 years ago and my 'born in' wife came with me much to my relief. We have been totally shunned since that time. 3 of our 4 parents have died without speaking to us or their Grandchildren. Something I've noticed, from others comments, is that parents and Grandparents who are about to die find themselves in the unexpected position of now desperately needing to rely on the very children they have been shunning to care for them. My father in law realised, a few weeks before his death he had made a terible mistake in shunning his daughter and her children. It was pathetic. Cult thinking will do that.
The organization has a set criteria for disfellowshipping. Marking on the other hand, is at the discretion of any given congregation. Even though getting disfellowshiped is more serious, it's pretty cut and dry. A disfellowshiped person can get reinstated. Initially, a person may be without "privileges" for a certain time. That's the end of it. It's very vague as to when a person is no longer considered marked.
Shunning those who are unrepentant is scriptural not easy for the family or friends of the person disfellowshiped . But without it it's like allowing cancer to spread .
You really live in a bubble. There are millions who are sitting each day in the hall and are PIMO. That’s why when I go back I’ll live my life under low and not tell a soul.
Shunning those who simply disagree with the theology is both cruel and illogical. Despite what the Witnesses (and most other evangelicals claim) tell you, most who leave have determined that the Witnesses are in error and have characteristics that they find incompatible with objective decency. The 'cancer' you speak of is the cultish mindset that is infecting good people to perform evil deeds. Something religion, and Jehovah's Witnesses particularly, are very good at.
The Watchtower Organizations business model will not survive for another 15 yrs. All those failed prophecies are catching up with them. The light is getting brighter, people are waking up from this cruel organization
There are many articles available. You can search them on your own. Here’s one to take a look at - www.jehovahs-witness.com/topic/197647/what-percentage-jws-have-been-disfellowshipped
Hi Marci, roughly 1% of JW’s total population are disfellowshipped each year according to data published by the Watchtower. Their names are published at local Kingdom Halls.
You’re right I wasnt disfellowshipped. The elders gave a public marking/shaming talk in front of the entire congregation about how I put fitness ahead of God. Even better my study was with us in attendance that night, not to mention our three young daughters.
@@fillian111 hate to break it to you. They did in fact do it to me 4 years ago. Alliston, Ontario Canada Congregation. Elder who gave the talk - Doug Milligan. Other Elder who treated my husband and I like garbage - Chris Wells. Any other info you’d like?
The attrition rate for JW's is 67 % and that has held true for several decades. That means for every 100 Witnesses baptized, 67 will leave. Permanently. IOW, If there are 8 million Witnesses now, there are 16 million Ex-Witnesses. How do we know this figure ? Well, we have the WT fascination with statistics to thank ! If you take the Annual Report in the Yearbook, look at the Total Publishers, add the newly baptised. Look at next years Yearbook and note the Total Publishers. The difference will be the net loss. To put it another way; you have 1000 publishers. 100 get baptized. Next year, you should start with 1100 publishers. But you will actually have 1033. 67 will have left or been disfellowshipped.
I suspect this is very similar stats for all denominations. It is a horrible revolving door. Most protestant denominations don't care about the people leaving out the back door, especially if they are elderly and have little means. They only care about the glossy foyer used to welcome the new smart up and coming young people. This is less of a problem in the Catholic church who still care for their elderly members but the young people are still being drawn away at a shocking rate to run after the pleasures of the world. That is a phenomenon across all religions, denominations and sects.
@@peterj2226 There's been a lot of change over the last two decades. Much of it due to the internet. For the first time in history all sorts of people could access information they might never have had access to. And we could have real-time dialogue with just about anybody. The impact on religions has been enormous as people have been able to check and compare what they've been taught, unquestioningly by their church. The USA with it's extraordinarily high rate of religiosity has been the most shocked at the wholesale dumping of religion by it's people. I my own case, it was reading my digital copy of The Guardian that I first learned about the 11 year UN association by the Watchtower. Of course, when you learn of the deception you start looking for other things that have been kept hidden.
@@petertocher6845 Make no mistake, the Internet is not the solution to delusions. It might free a tiny minority of people who God would have liberated anyway with other methods in days prior to the Internet. The Internet is in full use by the devil whose aim is to ensnare as many people as possible and cause as many people as possible to reject God. You say that people are dumping religion. That is not entirely true. People are dumping God himself. They are opening themselves up completely for enslavement by the beast system. They have no recourse of any kind to the God of their fathers because they have dumped him. Everyone in the world will very soon be forced to swear allegiance to and join the one world global religion or else be killed. And that religion will be 1000 times worse than JW. In those days, only an intimate brotherhood with Jesus Christ and membership in his tiny elect of the Catholic church will be a protection against the power of the beast and his religion. The Internet will not save you, neither will your intellect. All the religions of the world (including the hierarchy of the Catholic church) are working to advance this one world religion with its fake promises of unity. But you might think that you will never bow the knee to that false religion, but every knee WILL bow to something. If you are not rooted in the true religion and bending the knee in service to the Christian God with faith in the Nicene Creed then you will be swept away into oblivion. No other rock is strong enough to stand upon and God will not rescue any soul which is not standing upon that rock.
It is not the custom of mainstream Christianity to practise shunning. It is common for young people to want to sow “wild oats” but often as people mature and settle down they seek some structure in which to raise their families. Churches can offer community where art and music can be experienced either in religious services themselves or in additional separate concerts and public services like soup kitchens, homeless shelters, summer camps for underprivileged children, retirement homes etc. The church is not meant to be a museum for saints. It is to be a hospital for sin sick souls. The church is seeking the worst of the worst to come in and join the club.
J W people are Pharisees. Our way or the Highway. If Jesus was on the road trying to get a ride they would leave Him in a cloud of dust. Same with most Christian denominations.
This averaged at 192 (?) Per day. There must be a lot of bad people in that CULT or they, when getting baptised, don't understand the depth and seriousness of baptism. Remember, Jesus was 30 years of age when he vwas baptised.
No one gets baptized planning on later getting Disfellowshipped. Kids get baptized so young, without any clue of the changes they’re going to go through as they get older. They aren’t bad, most have made a mistake or no longer want to be a JW.
@@BeckyOverbeck Social peer pressure and wanting to please devout parents cause too many young teenagers to get baptized under pressure, only to regret it later. I'm so glad I never got baptized, never even thought to. Ironically because of my questioning and "natural leadership traits" I have been shunned worse than any disfellowshipped person. What cracks me up is the elders children all get baptized early (11-15) but then get disfellowshipped, usually getting pregnant by a worldly boy out of wedlock or doing drugs. So many it was expected and never a shock. How is that better than my decision to not get in too deep, not get baptized and just fade into the background?

Can someone be disfellowshiped for a comparably minor mishap ( low dose nicotine gum) then realized it was an addition and stopped a week before my last meeting with the elders. They informed me that I was going to be disfellowshiped because " they did not like my attitude". I appealed and am not disfellowshiped. Question: What gives them the right to high handedly cut off all ties with my friends? I may have gone through some withdrawal symptoms ( was an ex- smoker in the past), but why disfellowship anyone who had stopped doing something anyway? Isn't that just plain crazy???. Sorry, just needed to ventilate.
I'm sorry but who in their right mind would even know what gum you chew or even let on that fact? Why would anyone admit this and or tell any JW and especially not an elder? Total self sabotage and if they told on their self they are a fool. That's just crazy!!!!!
I recall in one of your videos that when your mom dieing , they wouldn't let you into her hospital room while the elder prayed for her. Since what we pretend to know has consequences, it might be a good time to ask ourselves who and what we aspire to become. 1. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that an undetectable supernatural realm exists that is inhabited by undetectable, all-powerful, immortal beings, some good and some evil, all of them privileged to know the veracity of all things knowable and unknowable? 2. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that an undetectable good supernatural being has bestowed upon me knowledge of unknowable truths, including the mind of a god, what it thinks and wants? 7. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that undetectable good supernatural beings have ordained me with the exclusive ethical moral authority, knowledge, and duty to instruct others as to the truth of all unknowable knowledge that good supernatural beings supposedly want everyone to pretend to know? 8. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that being tortured in a lake of fire for eternity is just retribution for failing to pretend to know the correct version of unknowable truth that cannot possibly be known? 9. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that undetectable good supernatural beings have endowed me with the exclusive ethical moral authority, knowledge, and duty to recognize, challenge and condemn anyone who dares to spread a heretical version of unknowable knowledge? 10. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that undetectable good supernatural beings have the exclusive ethical moral authority and duty to restrict the questions, facts, narratives, and realities, I and others may entertain? 11. I'm a Witness and I'm really trying to give you the benefit of the doubt, but you were working out a lot? I think you got off lucky. There is a place in hell for people who work out. Please consider taking this video down so others don't make the same mistake.
Thank you. I’m not wearing any in these videos. If I have them on in any of my videos it was because I was fitness modelling, photo shoot, bikini competitions etc
Imagine being ostracized by your entire congregation for working out. JW’s are a dangerous cult, I pray for all who have been sucked in but find it hard to forgive those who truly believe in the community.
Certainly not an advocate of JW's but there is a massive problem with obedience throughout the world. Every man is a law unto himself. Satan's only commandment is "Do what you want". The idea of obeying a law which you do not feel like obeying is a sin in Satan's eyes. It is easy to obey commandments which you feel are just and true. However to obey an unfair unjust command which potentially harms you is very hard but it is a mark of true obedience. Obviously obedience is a high virtue if you are to research the scriptures, whereas disobedience is condemned. I am a Catholic and am horrified to see fellow Catholics publicly disobey the laws of the church eg. Joe Biden's support of abortion; and nothing is done. Rates of contraception and abortion are just as high in the Catholic church as it is in the secular world around us and nothing is done. So we have two extremes. JW's behaving like dictators and the Catholic church being lax and cowardly. Somewhere in the middle is called for. I'm not sure the circumstances of your "working out" but a typical Christian obedience would be to resign the gym membership, disavow all public displays of fitness eg. talking about your workouts and displaying your fit body. Facebook Instagram etc. and continuing to do workouts in private modesty. Sad to say that most JW's who disassociate or are disfellowshipped give up on God altogether and go and live a very hedonistic secular lonely and bitter life. Rather, I recommend joining the Catholic church, finding a traditional Latin Mass and devote yourself to living a holy and obscure life, despising the world and all of its fake promises and all of its false religions and ideologies. Find a few like minded Latin mass Catholics and be content with them. If you can't find a few or any then you nevertheless have the assurance of having a new family and new friends with Christ as our brother, Mary as our Mother, all the Saints as our friends along with our guardian angel and St. Michael to help us remain on the true path. Christ said "If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple." . This means that we must join Christ's church no matter what our family, relatives, friends, JW elders or anyone else thinks. The church that Christ started was the Roman Catholic Church. So don't run off to the world. Run into Christ's arms who enfolds us into the sanctuary of his church.
The catholic church is every bit the ungodly cult the jehovah's witnesses and the mormons is. You are 100% blind, lost, and deceived. Completely astray from God and from the truth of the Bible. Repent!
Been through it all. Once you realize they have no authority over you, you see their true colors. 👍
@@alexandraloukas2102
Do you think that Jehovah won't pass judgement on anyone who does wrong.
@@JuanDiaz-jo1rw Oh dear I left everything to Jehovah he is the one with Jesus that will judge these people people cannot judge people wait and see what Jehovah will do when the truth comes out
You are Exactly 💯 correct. Shunning kills not heals.
Shunning and disfelloshiping takes away a person's free will that they tell us we have
Shunning is a biblical instruction and practice which is distorted and abused in the JW and neglected and avoided in most other protestant fellowships.
They cannot handle any challenge regarding doctrines, if anybody questions anything!! Is called apostate and disfelloship
There is something I realised. All the problems I had inside wasn’t problems at all . Just JW problems, that don’t exist in the real world. So I spend 34 years of my life having mostly problems that never should had !
Yep!! You’re so right!! Same for us
I just realized the same. That's why its hard to get ahead in life as a JW
The only truth is the watchtower wall is coming down brick by brick
It won't be long.
The publishing company will soon be broke .
same here bro 25 years of my life thinking I got problems but have none since leaving.
Everything called the church is apostate from God and from the truth of the Bible.
Whats with the gangbang attitude once in you cant get out ?
It better to loose your entire family than to loose God. Your family should never come before God. You should never love your family more than you love God. Everyone is responsible for their own salvation.
My cousin is currently fading out of the organization after practically being born in 33 years ago. Her parents and other family members are shunning her . Thank goodness she is out though ! 🎉🎊
Yes so glad she is free. Just awful the price we all had to pay for it. ❤️
She will be back very soon. The Great Tribulation is about to begin very soon and she will see that what she learned all of these years was the truth. The prodigal son will return to the house of God.
I'm surprised there aren't even more disfellowshipped considering how easy it is to offend. Such cruelty!
A whole lot are living double lives as PIMO’s. Hiding their authentic lives so that they don’t lose their parents/family and friends. Sad what people have to do in order to be loved and accepted in the organization
Only those that are caught are disfellowshpped. Most are unable to keep up those absurd rules. Even bethelites routinely face reprimanded!
@@BeckyOverbeck
And they will be judged. Because family is not more important than God.
Matthew 10:37
New Living Translation
“If you love your father or mother more than you love me, you are not worthy of being mine; or if you love your son or daughter more than me, you are not worthy of being mine.
Are you willing to loose your life just because you want to follow your family that doesn't believe in the truth?
@@srich7503
Disfellowshipping is only for people who practice sin and do not want to repent from their ways.
😢so sad n absolutely true
I’ve been able to hang on, I’m still here and I’m so glad but man, it really did sting to have to watch everything fold down like this
I was born in it but got disfellowshipped at the age of 17
I’m 19 now
Jw most evil polite people on earth
Very well said. These were the reasons I left myself. I was born in and left at nineteen. Thanks for getting out and welcome home.
You hit the nail on the head !!!! Great job
Thank you Kevin
Yep it’s split my family very sad
When you are yourself they don't like that
So true
All Jehovah's Witnesses should work out every day. You look great!
Ha! I agree. Thank you very much
It's so sad that we realise these issues after waking up and walking out of this cult that has done us so much damage.
We need a Annual Ex JW Convention🎉🎉🎉
That’s such a great idea!
That wouldn't work if all you have to talk about is negative things about a religion you left.
There is no place big enough for all the people that left or were kicked out
@@punothebear It would work as a support group. Also we could include different groups of interest, like for instance hobby clubs, travel clubs, sports clubs, artist clubs etc.... The mormons do the exact same thing
Yes, mormonism, jehovah's witnesses, catholics, SDA, protestants, etc. They are all totally apostate from God and from the Bibles Christianity. Everything called the church is 100% apostate.
This cult should be illegal
Agreed
I often wonder how I got conned into this nonsense, at least it was only for 5 years till I became PIMO and gradually faded
Wow that’s 1 million four hundred thousand in last 20 years 😮
It is generally one publisher per congregation per year .....I have no idea how many congregations they have .....because they just make it up 😮
A GREAT CROWD!
Probably equal to the number of faders 😂😂😂
I stopped answering my door and they stick the watchtower I’m my screen door anyway. I politely told them I am of a different faith however that doesn’t seem to matter.
No they won’t stop even if you tell them you have your own religion, or that you’re not interested. It’s best to tell them to mark you as DO NOT CALL on their TERRITORY map.
That shows how rude they are.
Ha,Satan's church booting out members for being bad..

That attorney just out and out lied. What watchtower does best
It’s a scary cult, i was out too!
This is the best explanation video i’ve seen so far! Thanks!❤
Regardless of whether the scriptural intention is to safeguard the image and reputation of Jehovah and his organization, severing ties among family members is unacceptable as not all wrongdoers are trangressors of moral codes or are blatant apostates.
The Punishment church at it again and they wonder why people are leaving?
Well... I'm looking forward to the next conversation i have with one of these people.
Those figures seem top good to be true, but if that's the case then the borg doesn't have that long to go.
@@petertocher6845 for sure they will be around for some time but will just be a tiny minority much like the Bible students are today.

Once you're in, you can get disfellowship for not being with them anymore, for your not associating with them
I was JW for 40 years since birth. I started to notice many things wrong or twisted so I gave in the letter that I decided no longer to be JW in 2016.
I was raised in the JW religion but never got baptized. Can anybody confirm if this number of people who get disfellowshipped is true. Are there any reliable data to confirm this?

Not surprised
Can someone living in the US confirm the financial difficulties of the organization? Because from here in Europe we only have partial information. Our media do not cover the subject. Apparently, this organization is going through a financial crisis and is hiding it from its members. In any case here in France and in other European countries it sells buildings almost everywhere, and in certain regions it even requires a certain monthly sum from its members to cover local debts
And l know they let them back in no matter what they have done 😂
It is the narrow gate which leads to life, that few are finding!
.
Understand this end time prophecy that has always been in every Christians bible but, few people have found it:
.
Isaiah 66:5
Hear the word of Jehovah, YOU men who are trembling at his word: “YOUR brothers that are hating YOU, that are excluding YOU by reason of my name, said, ‘May Jehovah be glorified!’ He must also appear with rejoicing on YOUR part, and they are the ones that will be put to shame.”
.
[Name of person] is no longer one of JEHOVAH's Witnesses ---->> "excluding YOU by reason of MY NAME"
.
.
Jehovah's promise to disfellowshipped Jehovah's Witnesses:
.
"He ** MUST ** also appear with rejoicing on YOUR part"!
.
.
Due to their shunning policies however, a Jehovah's Witness will lose their family as a consequence of going through the narrow gate:
.
Mark 10:29-30
Jesus said: “Truly I say to YOU men, No one has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for my sake and for the sake of the good news 30 who will not get a hundredfold now in this period of time, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and fields, with persecutions, and in the coming system of things EVERLASTING LIFE.
.
What the bible said would happen, is now really happening!
.
But hey, 70,000 per year is a GREAT CROWD!
.
.
Are you saying that the JW's are not a 100% false manmade Godless cult?
@@awatchman-um7vy ---- I am saying that the bible indicates the JW's are fulfilling end time prophecy in exquisite detail.

Good for you Justin! I hope she sees the light one day!
I encourage everyone to not confess! Live your life without telling a soul. Do you know how much witnesses died and so many secrets die with them?
I never heard of being marked wow that's a new one have you ever been expelled if not then you don't know.
Hi we appreciate your videos.we love you from England ❤. How can I prove the 70000 who are leaving thanks
Truth conquers all things Vincit Veritas
Is that Botox?

There are many articles available. You can search them on your own. Here’s one to take a look at - www.jehovahs-witness.com/topic/197647/what-percentage-jws-have-been-disfellowshipped
There a cult. They deny the basic Christian belief that Jesus Christ was God manifested in the flesh . John 1:1 and John 1:14.
Wow that's alot. How do you know that total?
Hi Marci, roughly 1% of JW’s total population are disfellowshipped each year according to data published by the Watchtower. Their names are published at local Kingdom Halls.
Never disfellowshipping for working out lol
You’re right I wasnt disfellowshipped. The elders gave a public marking/shaming talk in front of the entire congregation about how I put fitness ahead of God. Even better my study was with us in attendance that night, not to mention our three young daughters.
@BeckyOverbeck they don't do that...especially nowdays
Thank you for sharing Peter
Hi Becky, which church do you go to now?
So 70k get lucky! Good riddance to the cult.
@@BeckyOverbeck
No longer want to be a Jehovah's Witness for one reason or another.
Wow, but once they seem they're not trying to do the same thing over, and they show they want to change, they'll be brought back. It's only discipline.
And what if they dont want to go back?
@@BeckyOverbeck, Yes true most disfellowshipped here do not want to go back it was just a part of life contributing to this organization me I believe in God Jehovah and his son Jesus Christ our Lord but to go back SMH no too much responsibility to much work nahh Ill take my chances out here.
Please remember Jesus words at John 8:32 🙏
That is so barbaric and cruel , the whole record of Jesus time on earth he never treated anyone like that.
I had similar experience when my mom died the jws sent a card to the family home , everyone's name on the card except mine and I wasn't even df. I mentioned it to one of the jws and the next meeting they celebrated the person who sent the card.
Do you have video that goes over when you disassociated or df? Thank you
I’m so sorry for the loss of your mom Phil. It’s so hard!! I was looking. I feel like I have done videos about when they gave the public shaming talk etc. I’ll keep looking!
Oppression right there and discriminating.
And being shunned by a witness is a bad thing?
I see no big news there. It's a group with almost 10 million followers.
So what would 70'000 leaving prove? Nothing.
As the brainwashed person you are it makes perfect sense you would make a comment like this 🤣🤣🤣🤣 y’all numbers are declining 🤣🤣🤣🤣YOU MAD??🤣🤣🤣🤣
You believe you really have 10 million I got some worthless land I would love to sell you lol !!
@@cruzingchamp
I got nothing. It's not about me.
The number is a fact, not a theory.
Any religion, club, company or even gym must have way more _fluctuation_ than that... 70'000 leaving with others joining means pretty much nothing. Looks quite solid.
2. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that I am intimately familiar with a reality that is undetectable and unknowable, and have an intimate personal relationship with an undetectable good supernatural being that allows me to telepathically communicate with my invisible friend in the undetectable supernatural realm?
3. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that I personally experience and witness supernatural interventions every day of my life?
4. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that when our superstitious ancient ancestors created holy books, they did not include anything in them that they were pretending to know, things that they could not possibly know?
5. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that friends, family, teachers, and preachers who preach to me concerning the supernatural are not pretending to know things they cannot possibly know?
11. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that undetectable good supernatural beings are responsible and deserve credit for every good thing that I experience in life?
12. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that undetectable good supernatural beings have informed me that you are responsible for, and deserve blame for, every hardship you suffer in life?
13. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that undetectable good supernatural beings have informed me that if you fail to dedicate yourself to a life of servitude to undetectable good supernatural beings, it is only because you have willfully chosen a life of servitude to undetectable evil supernatural beings?
14. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that it is my righteous duty to visit hate, discrimination, misfortune, hardship, oppression, suffering, and destruction upon those whom my undetectable good supernatural mentors disapprove of?
15. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that undetectable good supernatural beings have delegated to me the exclusive ethical moral authority and duty to do everything in my power to ban comprehensive sex education in public schools?
16. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that undetectable good supernatural beings have delegated to me the exclusive ethical moral authority and duty to do everything in my power to outlaw sexual practices that do not conform to the undetectable supernatural realm’s standards of sexual behavior?
17. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that undetectable good supernatural beings have delegated to me the exclusive ethical moral authority and duty to condemn your sexual thoughts, desires, and fantasies?
18. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that undetectable good supernatural beings have decreed that, without exception, a fertilized egg, zygote, fetus, or unborn baby is endowed with exclusive ownership of and sovereignty over a woman's body?
19. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that undetectable good supernatural beings have granted me the exclusive ethical moral authority and duty to do everything in my power to deny women access to birth control and abortion services?
20. Should I aspire to become someone who pretends to know that undetectable good supernatural beings have delegated to me the exclusive ethical moral authority and duty to do everything in my power to regulate which adults you may or may not cohabitate with, have sex with, love, and/or marry?
Hi, I just look your video by luckily and I wonder if your bad experience as JWs makes you an atheist or agnostic.
Religion is prehistoric . Keep wearing the kangoo boots x
I'm a Witness and I'm really trying to give you the benefit of the doubt, but you were working out a lot? I think you got off lucky. There is a place in hell for people who work out. Please consider taking this video down so others don't make the same mistake.
Hay you dont need false eyelashes.
I never heard of people being shunned for working out. I knew a Witness who ran marathons and there were a couple in the fitness club I worked out at.
?????
Read the Bible not the Watchtower. King James or Standard Revised. Go to a proper church.
Repent!
