That is mad impressive!!! Any access to the various Talaria models to do side by side Dyno runs to know how close they are to Surron stock, and room for mods on those models (like the XXX). Looking forward to seeing what this new mod does on the street under load.
I really want to see all the different motor options go head to head with the same battery, controller and settings, hardly anyone dynos surrons motors.
i kept stripping the gates belts @ stock power cuz im 280lbs lmao (even @ hella high hz), rk chain now and dirtybike primary 420 for me, but way prefer the belts in terms of quietness and smoothness... hoping a stronger belt/pulley design will come out or maybe stop the mcdonals for awhile lmfao
Torps blows up after use. They made it too small for the heat dissipation. Mine cooked after 1 month at 10kw. Sotion motor with a BAC makes 36 horsepower.
The fastest way to burn a controller is by using a small sprocket, especially off-road. When yours burned out, what sprocket were you using, and where did it happen? Controllers heat up more off-road because they need extra power at lower speeds, with frequent starts/stops and less air cooling. The biggest risk is climbing steep hills with a small sprocket, which pulls higher amps, even at 1-5 MPH, and can overheat any controller. A friend had this issue, but it's unlikely with just 10kW on the street. For heavy riders and off-roaders, switching to a larger sprocket compensates torque, draws less amps, and prevents overheating. I'd suggest sticking with the 48T for speed, avoiding the 42T, and only going for a 52-54T if you off-road often, need more range/torque, or don’t need to exceed 60 MPH w/ a 72v or a 81v ideally.
@dust6242 yep, I'll this guy is doing a dyno run, and here you are crying about something that's clearly your fault, and now you want to go through all this throttle and money and for what?? I'll be there. Good luck with that!! Because I'm poor and I have nothing in my name so you going to sue me well I'm definitely going to counter sue you for wasting my time, I'm ready!!!!💯 bye Felicia!!!!
Guys let's get this man to 100K. No one is more deserving.. let's go!!
Thank you! 🙏
@JackCecil just keep posting and you'll be there in no time..!
Agree!!!
Those power pulls were sounding like the THX logo sfx, just waiting for the bass to come in. Good stuff as always.
May as well have the chain ready to go back on. Great video Jack!
Definitely a freaking monster! Stoked to see where it goes!
Jack, you rock! Can't wait for you to be able to ride that thing. Peace ✌️
Jack this is the first video I’ve watched in a long time from you. I don’t even recognize this building. Good luck with your LectroCycle
Thanks for the view! This is my home shop on the farm. Better for creating content.

I’ve missed these videos love the motorcycle dyno
This is the first guy I saw doing like 70 -80mph with a upgraded BAC controller on a Surron 🫡
Hey Jack! Would love to see more of your Porsche project when you get a chance.

Yes i did dyno a stock talaria as well on the channel. It's in an earlier video this year. Around the same time as the Apollo RFN dyno.
Isnt chain better than belt?
Belt is more efficient
Should run primary and secondary chain drives to be safe going for top power
Hey Jack! I have bought this exact setup in this video and want to know if you can share your settings of the tune when it’s complete?
If its anything like the QS165 or the Denzel's... I bet that thing will pull to 8300+ with the weak dialed in! Betcha need that chain tho! ;)
I'm seeing 11k rpm right now on a secret setup. 🤫 more videos on the way.
going to fly that is but I think its going to eat belts keep up the good content jack bravo
Let's find out!
Chain?
Im getting Really hyped for the Final m/ph k/mh Numbers
Me too!
The stark dirt bike is a monster you got a try one if you can one day
I just think they're too big. I like these smaller bikes.
I really want to see all the different motor options go head to head with the same battery, controller and settings, hardly anyone dynos surrons motors.
Double it you’ll be at what some are already running 🔥 getting there
lol sureeeee. I'm already faster than everyone. Period.
@@JackCecilwhat is the record?
After that dyno run I can’t wait to see it go zoooom!!
Can the wheels stand that sort of power wouldn’t like to see you hit the dirt.🏁👍
You do want a chain. You dooo
yes, that belt has to go.
Great vid! How much can the battery handle? You can see voltage sag/amps/motoramps after the run in the app if you DON'T powercycle the controller😁🙏🏽
So glad I am over 60 or that beast would've been on order. As a Motard fan, this is a daily 😂
You should use the old parts off the surron and electrify one of the cycle karts lol
That's the plan!
Hell Yeah! I cant wait to see that!@@JackCecil
What is the maximum RPM of these IPM Performance Motors? Shouldn't we worry that they come apart inside
Torp has tested over 20000rpm. No issues at all.
Why would you covert it to belt driven?
Efficiency and less noise than chains.
do you still have the rx7? would love a new video on it if so
Yup! She's nice and safe in the garage.
Surron content 🔥
Chain Gang Let’s Go
Why belt and not chain?
Efficiency.

Is it a vesc based app for the controller?
Have you ever looked at the zero bikes? i think they are pretty cool but not to practical for Iowa.
Yea I'm more into these smaller bikes. I don't like the big heavy ones much.
Wait so what was your actual top speed while riding?
Need to remove the belt. You’ll strip it so fast with the higher power.
The efficiency at speed is sooo worth it for me. I'm chasing that ton.
Thoses vesc based controllers are wepons
When’s the ultra bee coming,
/
So it seems like a BAC 8000 on the stock motor with a 72v battery is really all you need.
If only the stock motor magnets could handle more rpm.
Let’s go!! 🤘🏻
You might be the only person that dials in their controller settings on a dyno and i love to see it. Cant wait for the runs!
Oh man stay tuned! Big numbers on the way!
🐝🏁 Surron light bee 👍🤘
I see a lot of stripped belts in your future! I hope not though. I want to see a factory looking Sur Ron with 30+ HP!
She's getting there!
Only man doing it the right way!
No BS here. Plug and PLAY.
Gonna need a chain
Haha yea yea yea
@@JackCecilhow come you chose a belt drive over a chain
Pickup the "surron" official secondary belt drive... 16mm wide
At one point sounds like a ps1 start up 🤔
You call us chain snobs. I call you powder coat snob. Because I'm jealous ha ha
Plug and play king
Might need to leave a 450 4 stroke in the dust . Just saying
Easily lol.

Guess we will see! No heat so far on this one. Stays very cool even after a full run.
