    Over the years I've assembled a lot of building kits for my model railroad, but when I opened the box and looked at the instructions I was dazed. I figured someone had done a video about assembling this on RUclips. I was right and I dare say even if there are others, your detailed, pleasant, relaxing manner is why I'll use this video and your company to assemble this. Thank you from Upstate New York, USA.

    I just ordered it with the connection set. Can't await to put it to the city.
    Here I really like that the build starts with the baseplate.
    Sandings not an issue for me. I use these stripes made for fingernails, two kinds of grid. And for tighter spots I trimm parts off the stripe.
    I might be wrong or they changed it. The clear foil of the logo (after pressing/rubbing the letters) can be removed. It's for transition, so only the letters stay.

      @MartinsAssemblyHaven  6 месяцев назад +1

      Hey, aahh that’s amazing and I really hope you enjoy building all of them 😃
      I agree that it’s nice that it starts with the base plate and yeah sanding is pretty easy, but does take up quite a lot of time to be honest. What grit are you using?
      And yeah you are right about the logo sticker, I only discovered that after I had completed the kit 😅

    • @RCBirds
      @RCBirds 6 месяцев назад +1

      @@MartinsAssemblyHaven I'm quiet optimist. The ne model in your video snaps better together than tge city (needed some super glue for the broken parts). Unfortunately I cannot say which grit it is. These nail trimming stripes have no numbers on it. But if I should guess 1000 snd 2000 on the other side.

    • @MartinsAssemblyHaven
      @MartinsAssemblyHaven  6 месяцев назад

      Yeah the night city isn’t that easy to put together and it has quite a few frustrating parts compared to spaceport. Spaceport was really enjoyable to build and fun.

      Hey Alan, thank you for that, I hope you found my video helpful.
      To be honest I can not remember the pieces and their respectful numbers, but the one thing I’ll say is that no piece should be warped in this kit. All that says to me is that moisture obviously got in somehow. And what you can do is fill in this form: www.rokronline.com/en-uk/pages/part-replacement?gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAABsTpzhgtVp4PghBKzGmb_pLLcbgN&gclid=CjwKCAiAmMC6BhA6EiwAdN5iLYXSs9nABZABE2_DsS97WA6MU4xC7ikh56CcowhLEel3mJrmAQOA-RoC6uYQAvD_BwE to request a new part. Has it ever happened to you that the crank suddenly got stuck because a ball got stuck at the entrance of this transport wheel on the front right. This happens to me often and for this reason I removed the motor so that it doesn't break.

    • @MartinsAssemblyHaven
      @MartinsAssemblyHaven  7 месяцев назад +1

      Hey,
      It actually has yes, it did that a couple of times and the motor just stopped when it got stuck so nothing can break really.
      What you should do is get 2 tighter sleeves and put them on both sides of the ball carrier wheel as I noticed it keeps opening up and that’s when the balls start getting stuck.

    • @karsten0023
      @karsten0023 7 месяцев назад

      @@MartinsAssemblyHavenHello, thank you for your answer. Yes, it has happened to me several times that the plastic sleeves have slipped off the shaft. I then attached it with glue and still it happened again. Robotime then advised me to smooth the entrance to the transport wheel with sandpaper. To do this you have to remove the bike because otherwise you can't get to it. I have now done that and noticed that there is a small step at the entrance, which I have now removed with a file. Once I've put everything back together, I'll report back.

    • @karsten0023
      @karsten0023 7 месяцев назад

      @@MartinsAssemblyHavenI would like to get back to you regarding my comment from yesterday. Unfortunately, smoothing the entrance to the transport wheel was unsuccessful. The surface in front of this wheel is too flat, so the steel ball remains in front of it. If a second ball is added, it does not always push the first ball correctly into the hole, so that the driver clamps the ball inside. I'm now making a more sloping ramp that reaches up to the driver.

    so i found this review on amazon that said that the thing has formaldehyde which is really toxic and poisonous but i didn't know that when i was building so i breathed a lot in and now i think i might die please help me.

    • @MartinsAssemblyHaven
      @MartinsAssemblyHaven  7 месяцев назад

      Hey Yuri, I personally haven’t seen that anywhere so if someone has left a review that it contains ‘formaldehyde’, it could also be untrue.
      But even if that is the case, you won’t die so don’t worry about that. You’d have to be exposed to it in massive doses of which isn’t going to happen. The worst that can happen is that you get irritated skin or eyes or throat so there’s no need to panic 😊

    Thanks for the fast reply, the Titanic is on metal sheets the same system as the Mable Run but in metal and smaller.
    The instructions are not very clear, if its possible could I send it to you by email or WhatsApp?
    Once again many thanks for your video, you should get an Oscar for it.😂

      Ah okay I see. To be honest I’ve never done one of those type of metal models, have you done any more of those in the past? Are they pretty straight forward and how long approximately do they take to assemble?
      If you send me an email of the instructions I could have a look, but as I mentioned I haven’t assembled one of those type of models unfortunately.
      Haha that’s a good one, I’ll take it 🤣 It’s much appreciated 😊

      Hey Benny, I got an email that you left a comment where you were saying that you’d like to purchase the Marble Night City through me, but I can’t find the comment on RUclips for some reason.
      But if you were still interested, you can find it here: shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=2533204&u=4069976&m=106192&urllink=&afftrack= It’s my referral link and I really appreciate your support here 😊
