I agree with your assessment - it is worth watching. It is original in its concept and well done visually. Fun to watch and interesting. Bella Thorne is good in this, and it does have a nice twist. Overall, I agree it is in the 6 to 7 range. Above average film.
I would have thought that the sequel to "I see you" would have been called "I still see you". They should have called this movie "Remanence". Also... they didn't exactly explain in more detail what the explosion event was at first, and it wasn't easy to tell if it was just her who could see the ghosts or others as well. So... thet could have cleared a few things up earlier on.
