i completelyyy agree with nick that long form content is so much more beneficial than short term content. after i doom scroll on tiktok for hours, i cant name one thing i saw or learned and if anything, the thing i take away from it is anxiety and negativity. one of my biggest goals this year is not just to cut down on my media consumption but to consume content that i am passionate about such as films and podcasts and youtube videos that inspire me to be better :)
it’s y’all lives of course but genuinely believe the break in december was so helpful like even watching the content from all of december to 29th like that last video being filmed the same day you can 100% tell the difference in energy and just vibes!!! :)
definitely think you guys should definitely take more breaks in between either if it’s like full all at once and take a break for a while or breaks in between! but okay it’s y’all lives, so proud of everything that happened last year, can’t wait to follow along again🫂💐

the sturniolo triplets make my day they are the best I love them so much and they all have there different personalities and I love it and they also can have a joke but is always there for each other whenever needed. They seriously are the best and they all deserve the world I hope they have a crazy fun year and we will all be here to support them with everything and I’m so glad we get to watch them and all the accomplishments they are the best I would do anything to meet them I’m only a recent fan but it feels like I have watched them for ages and they are so sweet.
